it's cheaper for Mexico to do it. Calif grows 3/4 of USA fruits and nuts, they grow specialty foods like pomegranates, almonds, garlic, olives, sticky rice and many more only in Calif, tomatoes were cultivated in Mexico 9000 year ago.@@RD-ij2sz
