I love this design ❤ Just a few minor suggestions. 1) The shower curtain. I would like to see the self-cleaning shower door. 2) The bedroom curtain. Black would be better. It blocks the light in case someone is sleeping and someone isn't. 3) Also, the table legs. The wall mounted system would work. My dog likes to sleep under the table. 4) Ladder. None of these are a deal breaker. We have a Jayco 264bh. We'd like to get rid of the bunks and utilize the entire size. This is a great solution. Fyi, I love that the awning covers the bedroom window.
my suggestions: lower the window behind the televator, then add some overhead cabinets... Id like to see the laundry door fully close and latch... those outlets above the bed need to go above the shelf, anywhere above the shelf would be fine... these little things would make this an awesome trailer
The outlets above the bed could be turned and put into the bottom corner of the closet facing inwards and access above the shelf so that no cords hang over.
Nice smaller RV. You guys did a good job with the layout. I will contradict the people bashing the dinette. I like dinettes in smaller RVs for the storage space. I was also pleasantly surprised with the CCC! This RV should be a hit with couples that weekend or long weekend RV.
I’d appreciate having more floor space in RVs. I know it’s tricky for weight distribution purposes to just have big open spaces probably, but the dinette is so bulky and any storage space it offers just doesn’t make up for its issues. I’d rather have fewer possessions than have a dinette.
If your awning is extended, all you would see out the top half of the dinette window would be the bottom of the awning. Lower the window to countertop level. Most of what I want to see out that side is ground level. Now you have room above the window for some shelving or cabinets. As far as the 66" wide bed goes...I'd rather have more hanger space and room to walk around the bed.
@@lucasdog1 they could put the televator in upside down, and lower the tv from behind the cabinets, it would limit the tv size, but I’m fine with that. Or just give me a pull down screen and a cheap projector.
I really like this a lot!! A couple things I would change: either remove the shelf above the headboard or move it up so you can sit up in bed. Then also make the television swivel so you can watch TV from the bed. I don’t care for the extended dinette cushions. They don’t appear to be supported on the end. I’d relocate the outlets over the bed down below the corner cabinets so you can plug in a phone or something else from there. I’d also reverse the bathroom door so it swings the other way. That way you don’t have to bury yourself in the corner to open it.
Maybe the tv can be mounted on the side wall with a swing bracket ? I would do the bathroom door as you suggested, with as much thought as went into this, I wonder if it is code or something else that prevents the door swing.
I love the television, I would like to see the window larger so that it goes down lower so that you can enjoy the view when you’re sitting at the dinette
This is always my go-to for a complete RV review, the gold standard. This helps me narrow down my choice to see in person. The holding tanks are the minimum, as I normally don't have hookups. Thanks
Absolute genius Josh! I would like to see a version with no televator, lower the window and add storage over the dinette. Nice work on this one! And possibly storage over the seating area.
If I had an ideal world, we would make that campsite window as large as that entire wall effectively. We’re still working on doing some improvements like that in the future.
We like the camper however you can’t watch tv from the bed. Also, the shower curtain is a no go for me. Trash can, laundry basket and all of the storage are great.
Needs a bigger fresh water tank for those of us who boondock a lot. Need a shoe storage under the dinette at the entrance. Also, I prefer a built-in ladder. Need a slide control switch in the storage on the backside of camper so we can extend slide from outside and make sure of clearance.
Make bedroom private. Remove dinette and make into a flip-up breakfast bar. Make campside window a pass-through, like the APEX BARV. Put the TV on a swivel. Turn theatre seating into a hide-a-bed.
Good job Bish's on this one! About as perfect as I've seen for this size. It would be nice to have a TV that can be seen from the bed and a lower window at the dinette with overhead cabinets would be perfect, but otherwise this is the camper I would want. Also the cargo rating is super impressive wow! Thank Josh for the stellar review!
I have commented before and I really like this layout. Love the TV set up. Would like to see a folding table for the dinette. The theater seats are plus. Great idea with the picnic table. This is the best front pass though for a unit this size. Do you think you may come out with a bunkhouse model in the Explore series? Why not 200w solar and include an 1800w inverter? You partnered well with the manufacturer to come up with a unit line that checks most all the boxes. Kudos to Bish RV.
Love the peg board idea. I don't want tvs and always thought if mine came with an outside TV I was going to replace it with peg boards loaded with camping tools.
So many great details in this camper. I love the outside detailing and the pass through storage. I love the light colors and dark brown decor inside the unit. I love the laundry basket solution and the storage under the bed. A couple of improvements would be dovetailed drawers for structural strength. Have the backsplash around the stove cover the side of the fridge too. It will make it easier to clean the grease and grime. I don’t like the dinette cushions hanging past the back seat. I would constantly run into them.
I love" Go Away' !! LoL Love this floor plan. Love road mode. Love length and toweability for 1/2 ton. Love the bathroom storage cabinet. I'd swing the door the other way for the bathroom if that is possible. LOVE the dinnette for work station, hobby work, camp side view, efficient storage inside, bottom level removable containers and big enough for Grands!! It is so helpful!! Love the little extras of folding hooks, the towel dowel racks, little racks for electronics, shelf above the bed looks handy. Love under bed organization with that removable cupholder tote is genius. The sit upon benches are wonderful. Pull out underware drawers are well thought out. The trash bag accessory is another great option and appreciate availability for using those slide on pieces. Shower curtain makes me nervous. Foil wrap counter also makes me nervous. I'd pay more for better quality. I would like an outside slide-on grill or counter top slide as I cook outside. I appreciate the information concerning how they are helping units age better with better quality. Thank you so much for the video.
Great video. Outlets in bedroom need to go outboard and/or above shelf. We utilize a lot of hanging clothes - maybe a longer model could have dedicated wardrobe. A number of items you showed could be dealer installed options to keep price of base unit down. Overall a very nice unit.
Great camper. Rack and pinion slid!!!! Awesome!!! Bar stool and bar for more room and bathroom. Great job on the bed storage.I know that you have to make some sacrifices because of size. Over all great job bish’s. 7/10. Love the videos and great content. Thank you.
I agree, that those outlets above the bed aren't in a good spot, and I really don't care for that mini shelf above the head of the bed. I would like to see another drawer on that shelf on the right side of the bed for more storage. I love the dinette! Please don't get rid of it, but you can always give options for a breakfast bar for those who want it. We have grandchildren and the dinette would give us a bed option for them. I would also like to see the camp side window brought "stretched" down a bit, it seem sort of cut off. Otherwise, we love this!
Love almost everything about this trailer The eblock items are an excellent idea and option A receiver option would be a good idea Can't wait for the "Go Away" 😅 series to come out Keep up the fantastic trailer options and amazing videos Uncle Josh
Love the cuddle couch, under-bed storage and the televator! Not a fan of the knee knocker table legs. And thanks for listening and making changes. If you do another update, please please please no more of those tiny Furrion ovens. They are basically useless.
Everything the guy below me said and, have to move the outlets from over the headboard, potty needs a tweak in position and stinky slinkie storage came up a bit short. Absolutely in love with the underside of the bed area! Being from a company that loves meetings, I can easily see dozens of meetings to hammer out the bed storage situation! The only people that will be hurt by this camper work at Amazon!
You did it! A couples camper that covers almost all of my "want" list. Suggestions: Bathroom door opening in other direction, power towers on the back counters. sliding shower door instead of the curtain. Move the bed outlets down by the shelves. A long "slinky" tube. The bath seems tight, but not sure how that could be expanded. In house vac system would be nice too.
11:39 for my feedback I would say put those outlets underneath the wardrobe either on the north wall or east/West wall. They definitely do not belong where they are. (as you said.)
Like: Bed and bed storage Abundance of outlets, USB and phone/utility shelves Big fridge and stove Large sink TV position Large Shower Outside garbage Dont like: Needs a more fluffy friendly toilet Rather have garbage under sink than in a cabinet. Would like more solar and more battery Dont like the knee knocker dining table Dont like solid axles
Thanks Nerd and Bishs! Love this layout especially the molly peg panels, laundry, trash, and TELEVATOR!!! I think the televator really makes this the primo choice over the other floorplans like this. I still need a bunkhouse, but this is a great couples. I totally agree on the first buy everything accessory comment. For our first trailer we had to buy soo many little things, blocks and chalks, cover, cleaning stuff, hitch, totes, and so much more I'm probably forgetting.
Nice layout!! 1. Would rather have a free floating table. 2. Lower the big camp side window. 3. Latch laundry door. 4. Yes, move bed outlets lower and to the side. 5. May not be a popular opinion but eliminate the oven. Cooktop only with drawers underneath. We call our oven the bread box because thats what we use it for 😂 6. Would rather have a door for shower or plastic pullout. 7. Love the pegboards. 8. Longer sewer hose holder. 9. Prefer periscope ladder. 10. Need hitch receiver for bike rack. 11. Electric stabilizer jacks option. Very exciting. Thank you for asking for input. You do a great job!!
Really a great looking trailer. My only critique would be the solar package. I'd really like to see a significant solar array upgrade so you could boondock in a decent sized trailer.
Bigger solar packages like that are tricky because they quickly become costly and are not generally sought after by the majority of people. That’s the kind of thing where we can still rely on our local teams to complete those installs
Agree with this - a 190 watt panel is outdated - most new panels are 220 watts or more - I'd add one 400 watt panel and be done with it. Great camper Josh - a few tweaks and it's going to hit the mark with most.
Love this one!!! Only downsides I see are that the tv can't be watched from the bed (maybe add some sort of swivel), the knee knocker dining table could be replaced with a single fold down leg, and needs an outlet by the tv so that counter space is usable. I love the bedroom set up, but agree that the outlet locations are not ideal and it looked like the laundry shoot would have a significant hot or cold air loss around the little door when it's closed due to the significant gap around it. LOVE the tote idea under the dining seats in place of drawers!!! Love the trash can solution. As a right hander that cooks a LOT, I say switch the stove and the drawers so the stove is on the left and the drawers are beside the frig. Not only would that keep me from banging my elbow when I'm cooking, it would leave that counter space to put things as you take them out of the frig. It would also be very nice to have an outlet there for small appliances like hand mixers and such. Love all the little extras like the paper towel holder, the pegboards, the outdoor towel drying rack, the shoe keeper under the steps, the little cubby to put your hoses and the sewer hose keeper, but agree it should be a little longer. I would prefer a mounted ladder. If those changes are made, this might just be my perfect new rv.
I actually enjoy the browns on the lower part of the camper. My personal reason for this is we have dogs and their fur and whatever camping dirt/sand they bring in isnt leaving dark streak marks all over the lower parts that no matter how much you scrub look constantly dirty lol. Personally wouldnt want a hide a bed option as i wouldnt want some one sleeping that close to me without a door, just my personal opinion. Absolutly love the under bed storage!!! I love the dog leash latches on the front and back. Having 2 dogs this will keep their runs from being a tangled mess!
Currently only half way watching this video and am super impressed with the thoughtful engineering making maximum use and flexibility of the interior. Moving the outlets above the bed shelf makes the most sense so cords won’t dangle. TV placement is awesome! I agree with a previous post that maybe having an access cupboard door under the televator to retrieve anything that falls into the void (I’m the person who would do something like that day one 😄🤷🏻♀️). Under the bed storage, laundry, trash, paper towel holder, split sink cover…it’s like someone thought about staying in it! We are not in the market for one of these but if we were, it would be a serious contender! Finished watching: Dang! Wow! Wish we had the peg board, keyblok system accessories-especially the outdoor trash, the pup tie-up/kibble cup combo in our current tt. So much to like! Looking forward to seeing other models like the 263. Also liked the POV orientation in the lower right corner of the screen. That was helpful. I don’t remember seeing that before. 👍
Thank you for clarifying the difference between Thermofoil and sealed Thermofoil. You mentioned sealed Thermofoil on a previous video, but I didn't understand the difference until now.
We would like you to remove the dinette all together. Make it a breakfast bar with storage underneath so you don’t have to worry about stuff falling down the elevator hole.
I am a drawn to this design in all models. This one is very good. The back one addiction is putting a cover like is over the sink, over the sink in the storage area. Great Job!
Nicely made with thoughtful touches. The best one is the televator. There are a few rigs that attach flatscreens in some truly weird places. My favorite is when you’re sitting on a couch and you have to turn your head 90 degrees to watch tv. Or lay flat on your back because the screen is an inch from the ceiling! I also think that the shower could use a retractable shower door rather than a shower curtain. But overall it looks well made
Bishs RV swings and hits it out of the park!! This model as far as I'm concern is 99.9% perfect . No microwave on the floor as others have done , no TV that you have to stand up to watch , a rear window to look out off if your backed up to a lake or the beach . It would take me three days and a ton of brain cells to come up with any real negative to say about this unit .
Have the bathroom door open from the other side. Other than that it’s a great compact floor plan. Great features etc. I will have to tell my parents about this one.
Love the televator, love the bed size and the storage around the bed, love the storage access under the dinette, love the ceiling height, love the trash bin drawer and towel cabinet, love the railing and "wet bin", love the laundry solution, love the slide mechanism and ventless approach, and love the travel access. I personally would like the armrest in between the recliners. Leave the cuddle compliance for the sofa option. I like the dinette, and would not prefer a counter. However I love the slide around table in jaycos. Easy in and out, and can use it in other areas. I'm pretty concerned about the room around the toilet. Despite all the greats, I could see that as my 1 deal breaker on this RV. With that cabinets in there, why not have a smaller space under the sink? Maybe not possible? I'm a big guy so porcelain toilet and extra support under the shower goes a long way for me. Love the XL fan in there! I'm a little concerned about the AC for trips to the beach/Florida, but maybe at that size it'll be no problem. I also love a mini fridge option for outdoors and a TV mount option outdoors. Love the awning and the switch access. I'm slightly concerned about that laundry door being an area for hotter air leaking in from the storage area. Could be great to weather strip it and seal it somehow. Good for rodents in storage too. Last ideas would be I'd love to have a ladder attached. That a big suck on pass through space and also a big pain to get in and out. That'd be a big improvement for me. I also realize the floorplan causes this but I was hoping for more outdoor storage compartments. That'll be precious space in this rv if you're taking chairs, rugs, a grill, equipment, etc all in that space. Those little additions near the hookups might be a lifesaver. Thanks so much for your dedication to pushing the industry forward! I'm a whitehawk owner myself, so I love campers that can be high quality for a long time without breaking the bank. I think this brand might be right up my alley next time we purchase.
I appreciate the user-friendly approach versus the box checking approach. Awesome looking travel trailer with cool creative touches. I hope you guys sell a bunch of them.
For months, maybe years, I’ve wondered about this protracted issue you’ve had with elevated TVs, Josh. Mine are high in my bedroom and living room (in my defense I didn’t know any better) and it’s been fine. My eyes tilt up for hours with no problem. Then my vision changed and progressive lenses arrived and it’s now a real issue. So I’m eating crow (where the hell does that phrase come from? Lol) and I apologize for ever doubting you!😉 Really well thought out, all-around great RV here. The televator is genius. They make so much sense but I rarely see them in shorter trailers. Or any trailer for that matter. I’m very surprised that they used a two post table. Maybe there’s a reason? Maybe single support tables break down sooner? Maybe the double post tables are much more economical? I’ll take a two post table all day long if having it allows for the extra cost of that televator, for example. Give and take. Also, can there be an option for a sofa bed IPO the recliners for those occasional grandkid visits or does that add too much to the cost? Would a tri-fold even fit? I bet it would be a rare swaption so it’s probably not cost effective. Is there adequate lighting for nighttime showers? I couldn’t tell and we’re night shower people. Just a bit of ambient light is fine but it looks like that curtain may block any light. No spotlight needed. Or wanted for that matter. We just need to find the shampoo and not slice up the legs when shaving. The solar standard feature is appreciated. Love the exterior front cap design - wow! All the little tweaks here resulted in a wonderful unit in its category. Great job, guys.
Regarding the TV set up… There’s really a lot of different opinions here that are very valuable. It’s all a matter of perspective and sometimes things change over time. I really appreciate and respect how you’ve acknowledged the way things like that can change sometimes.
I’m unsure on sofa options right now for this model. One of the things that helps us. Keep the cost in check on these is by not having a variety of options. But it might be possible on a build out.
Can the dinette window not be lower to match the bedroom windows? OR raise the televator top to bar height and put in a fold down, bar/counter height tabletop that LATCHES to the wall or has some other way of taking some weight.
You guys did an awesome job with this RV. Being able to use everything while in road-mode is pretty neat. I enjoy the laundry chute thing is really cool!
Not my floor plan of choice, but its done well. I would move the outlets over the bed to down below the little shelf on either side. They would be usable then. Switch the swing on the bathroom door. I like the televator, but it does need to pivot to allow viewing in bed. I'm not a fan of the extended seating on the dinette, but I DO like the hinged cushions. No longer falling off when you sit or when traveling. Pedestal table is ok as long as it's solid and doesn't rock. I've yet to find one that doesn't rock. But then again, my adjustable wall mounted table rocks also.
Anything special on the suspension? Love all the extra details you guys did. What brand or series are you targeting for similar pricing? Warranty anything special?
WOW! So much to love about this one! I love the laundry basket, trash basket, little folding hooks, the little phone or spice baskets, the under bed area, love the storage, love the outside hook things, love the dog bowls (my dog wants her outside water more than her inside water, but the ducks and raccoons also like her bowl!!!!), so much to love!!! The bathroom knee room is a big deal for us. Our current RV has no knee room. So it has got to go! I would rather see a retractable shower curtain thing, please. Also I’m with you on the electrical plugs over the bed. Just move them to above the shelve, so CPAP can be plugged in up there. Also my husband has to have his noise maker plugged in!!! 😊 I also like the Go Away name!!! It would be great for a really fun old people’s RV or an off road young people’s RV. I love the hand rail and stairs as well. We are old people! The hand rail is a big deal to us!!! Is there any way to put a little outside storage on the back side of the trash can? Something to help with an outside kitchen area??? A quick connect back there too. Love the table that comes with it. Love the big awning as well. My outside kitchen and living is very important to us. My husband claims I cook more at the lake than at the house!!!! We camp year around, so the nice big kitchen and an oven are important to me. Love the heated underbelly too. We have not watched TV the last 3 times we have gone to the lake, so this is perfect. We do sit and look out the window a lot. We also like to play games at our table. Love the dining area and TV. Thank you and Go “Away” for all of the hard work on a great RV!!!
Awesome, I've been waiting for this review. This looks like an awesome trailer, but there are a few things I'd suggest. * I agree, those plugs at the front need to be moved. Either up above the shelf or under the cabinets at the side. * I'd prefer a standard 60x80 queen with wider side storage, to be honest. * That big camp side window needs to either move down or be extended down to countertop level. * Not a fan of the cushions on the dinette sticking out like that. * I prefer the ladder prep for the extendable ladder. * It'd be nice if there was an accessory hitch receiver for bike racks. * Keep, the cuddle compliant theater seating. That said, the bathroom linen closet is an awesome use of space and I love the under bed storage. This is definitely a short list trailer that I would love to camp in.
I love the pet solutions. (You'd think every RV would at least include a tie-up ring.) I also like the eblock. I've been shy about adhesive stick-ons to the outside of the RV because they can be difficult to remove. Eblock would solve that. The underbed dresser is a big plus. Much easier place to keep clothes than in the bedside wardrobes. And who's hanging clothes for camping anyway? The piano hinges on the dinette seat bottoms is brilliant. Lots of great storage throughout. I really like the logo, but I don't need a fancy nose cap. I like this series and I"m excited to see the full tour of the bunkhouse.
Great job, Josh! Reading some of the comments, I hadn't thought about putting the hinges on the other side of the bathroom door. Only thoughts I had were moving the hinges on the pantry door for easier access from the kitchen and did i miss the propane cooker hooker? I am really digging Bish's exclusive line of campers.
Love the large amount of windows and the location of the TV. The dinette takes a lot of space and unsure if it really is used that much especially in a couple’s trailer. Meaning two people eating space.
First thing lower side window by the tvlelevador. So we can get a row of cabinets over top of the tv. Next: when you use the totes under the dinette. Ive found we use some small tote in our closet it beats up the lip when the tote drags across it. Some kind of clear plasctic protector to keep from damaging the wood lip of the frame, when pulling out those tote
Currently only half way through watching this video and am super impressed with the thoughtful engineering making maximum use and flexibility of the interior.
Okay, overall well done. Outside garbage bag rack excellent. Towel rack on the back excellent. I don't have animals but the dog bowls excellent. it's about time what you did with the TV. It would be nice with a full window that goes all the way down to the shelf at the dinette. Yes move those plugs above the bed above the shelf. A nice big deep pull out drawer underneath the stove would be much better. I would also suggest refrigerator with bottom freezer. We get into the refrigerator more than the freezer then we wouldn't have to bend over to see what's in it as much. Max fan over the bed as well as in the bathroom. Biggest pet peeve, make that bathroom door open from left to right. Who put that door on their like that. Who wants to open the door that you have to back up to go in really.LOL great job.
"They can be Stink'n Handy..." 😁 * Stove/oven placement and Drawers & storage inside is done RIGHT! * Built-in ladder preferred, over window is fine! * perhaps a drop-in plate/cover for under tv while it's raised up? * bath counter reduced to give bit more elbow room? * how much additional solar and inverter avail to add from factory; else after market? I'm really liking this model and the Go Explore line! 👍
Having experienced the joys of water intrusion, how much more would a fiberglass front cap cost that would wrap around the sides a few inches? That adds VALUE as it moves the most common point of water ingress away from the edge which faces 60 mph driving rain in a storm. 😊
Thanks Nerd! Love the televator and that catch tray is great. I like the light colors with some wood as well. I do prefer the cuddle-compliance seats if no option for swapping out from population control. Lightsaber not all the way to the wall is okay. That is awesome to include the foldable picnic table! Adjustable shelving in the hanging towers is much appreciated. Yes, the outlets closer to the hanging towers would be better, considering CPAP would be below the shelf, I do not know if above the shelf would be best answer for everyone. Like the wastebasket drawer. Love the split sink covers and their double duty. The stove is fine - decades long problem in shorter models, it is what is and drawers that are useful are more important. Smart production partner with that towel cabinet in the bathroom. Love the floor-flush slide! Nice road mode! Looked like the control panel was not old manual switches but that "smart" panel we don't always like. Love the peg boards in the front pass-through and the HOOKS! Like the outside garbage bag holder and towel bar. Awe - that outside pet bowl station is fabulous. Nice using the versatile mounting system. Very Nice!!
I like the layout! For the TV problem, I know this might be an odd suggestion but can there be a side slide-out TV from the side wall rather than from the bottom? Then you don't have to worry about spilling things down the televator crack. A side slide TV would keep it at eye level too.
This is a great rv. I am glad you can put the trash bag on the back, because I wouldn't want flies and other insects to be right by the door, drawn to the trash. I like the dark wood on bottom and light on top. The dirty always gets in and I couldn't possible see how you could keep white or light color cabinets on bottom clean. This was a great solution. The table is OK. I am not a fan of the tube legs, and wish there was another way to do it. All the extras are amazing though..the fold down. Hooks, laundry basket, trash can spot, all that is great!. Is there a water bay area or naturist system for winterizing? I do like this one alot!
For years I used a telescoping ladder to clean off the slide top. They are heavy and need to be stored somewhere. I prefer to have a ladder which I have now and love it!
Hey Josh!! Love this trailer ! They really made it special with all the little trinkets to make it useful and camp ready right away! Love the bed arrangement and I have no problem with the table post. Maybe because me and my husband have short legs 🦵??!! The garbage can is genios! And the construction seams pretty solid! 👍 nice job!
Wow ! The competition is very strong . They're so many upgrades from everybody that it holds purchases. But gosh i still think about the last type C you showed latelly . 😁
17:30 I might be an army of one on this, AND I will die on this hill, but every RV manufacturer should offer a from-the-factory stove delete. I camp in campgrounds, where we go out and bring takeout in. I have never used a stove, never will, and would Much rather have more counter and cabinets than a stove I will never use. I can do what I need with a microwave and an air fryer.
Always love this layout. I wish the dinette window went further down. You are going to need be pretty tall to see out. The laundry shoot is a great idea but I wish the door didn't have so much daylight when closed.
Great work! Love the storage and well thought out add ons. Also, the camp side windows for a trailer this size are outstanding. And thank you for no outside speakers! My nitpicks are something lighter than the brown on the dinette and sofa and I’d love the G on the front cap to also be matte black. I do think you should swap out the no name tires out for something brand name for more turn key peace of mind. Also, please include a ladder! Thanks Josh! Awesome as always!
Awesome Josh 😁. Love the openness of this floor plan. I agree that the bed electrical plugs need to go up into the shelf. But the underside of the bed has tons of storage 🎉. Also should have theater seats options with the divider if possible.bathroom is a bit tight. Love the height of the shower though 👍. Pass through is fantastic!! Need 30# optional propane tanks and a larger rack for batteries if possible. Also would love to have a bar system instead of the dinette. Makes more room! And like I’ve said before, need angled sewer hose tube. Ladder needs to be installed for sure 👍. And lastly the wheel wells need to be steel or something that will protect in case of a blowout 😂. Really nice RV Josh. Keep Rockin it Josh. 🤩✌️
Hi Josh! Great job, and here are a few thoughts: *I love the layout and the TV situation. *Access to the dinette storage from the side of the benches is awesome! Personally, I like the totes. *I don't mind the table legs. *Happy to see the theater seating as opposed to the hide-a-bed. * Color scheme is aesthetically pleasing. *The under bed storage is amazing! *Laundry chute-YES!! *I appreciate the outdoor table. Very cool. *Shelving in the wardrobe works great for us. *Power outlets to the side, please. *The details in this are well thought out. *I wish it had a private bedroom. *I'd like to see a shelf in the upper kitchen cabinets for two-tier storage, but I usually add them in to maximize space. *Is there an outlet near the stove? *Towel hanging system rocks! *Happy to hear about the Max vent fan! *Nice shower! *Peg board is a nice touch! *Agree about what has to be ordered for a new RV. Thank you for taking that into consideration. *Love the wet bay for shoes, boots, etc, in crappy weather. *The built-on drying rack is a problem-solver! *I think a ladder on-board is preferable, but this is a good alternative. I'd drive 5 hours to look at the Wayfinder RVs for sure. Can't wait to see more! Thanks again, Josh!
Want the compressor fridge with a freezer drawer on all campers! And make any model. Love the totes all over . Would like a shelf across the cabinet in kitchen. You could put hooks on the slotted sink cover when it is hanging on the wall to hold pots and pans or large utensils. Love the flat hooks. Is there room to have some on either side of the bed? Hate hate shower curtains.
Thanks ,nerd 🍺 🤓 . Love the open bedroom, the outside garage not cool out west, and too many critters. A lot of places well tell you not to leave, food ,garbage out. THERE'S NUTHING WRONG WITH A COLD BANQUET. 😅🍻
We have a 40' converted skoolie...I would suggest minisplits...they have heat and cooling. 110v . We personally would prefer the dinette window to be smaller, with a swivel tv mount tonwatch in bed. I'd do a 20" stove. Too hard to bake in that little one. Need pull down spice rack and pull down silverware rack. Where to store broom/vac inside? Move the trahs to under sink and broom/vac to closet. Love the layout and laundry chute.
So many brilliant features❤ I love the towel storage in the bathroom, the trash can space, the under bed storage, the laundry chute! Brilliant. The dinette table does not bother me at all. I love the Olympic queen size bed. All the fun attachments outside are awesome! A few tiny thoughts: would it be that much more expensive to add a different shower enclosure? Everyone is going to want to upgrade that after they buy it. For me personally, clothing storage is a huge priority, so I would love it if that pantry had the option of removable shelves. The kitchen seems to have good storage without it anyway, so being able to use it for clothes instead of food might work better for some people. Otherwise, I think it's gorgeous. I will personally be looking for something a little smaller, so I can't wait to see what else you guys have on the docket 🙂 Thanks nerd!
Love this but some comments. Color pallet - Love the light walls and the ceiling lighting is fine. That dark brown is too dark especially with the darker wood tone. It's hard to tell in the video what the veining color is on the counters but I'd go to that or a grayer brown. Kitchen - Oven & Microwave. My wife and I just went to an RV event and walked through dozens of trailers. Microwave high up is a soup scald waiting to happen. At 5'6" you can't see in effectively and the reach up height is high enough that an enthusiastic bump from a pup or child could cause one to spill very hot contents. Nix the oven and put a convection/micro below the burners. That will also free up another storage space. Stove placement (left/right/center) is ok on the right. Pantry cupboard seems deep. Why not have a pull out shelf solution to improve back access? Dinette - Single leg or wall support solution? No fan of double legs. Lounge - Theater seats are ok. A jack knife sofa would be a nice option. Phone tray could be a few inches more forward. In the video is seems like a "reach behind you" as positioned. Bedroom - 10/10 except for the outlets. Agree they should move outboard above or below shelf. Also, laundry cover should latch. Bathroom - Narrow the under sink cabinet by an inch near the toilet to give a bit more knee swing room? Dog bowls - Move forward and out from under the nose. Overall - excellent!
This is my favorite camper layout! You've added so many nice features, and you're so genuine, it's a joy to watch your videos. My hubby and I are talking about driving to one of your locations from north Georgia just to look at these units. Just some thoughts: Please keep the dinette. I would love the option of a recliner loveseat that has storage in the arms and underneath between the footrests (Thomas Payne makes one but I'm not sure it would fit in this space). Can the TV be put on a swivel mount so you could watch it from the bed? I'd love to see a freezer on the bottom option for the fridge. Can you change the shower curtain to the retractable screen? The bed outlets would be more functional if they were on the sides of the bed instead of over your head. Thank you Josh! I'm really excited for this one!
Very nice Josh. A shelf in the above the kitchen cabinets. The camper has a good look. Like all the hooks around the inside. Right harder for the ladder on the back hahaha it’s ok th be in front of the window do people really want the drag out a ladder no. Still very nice and upgrades are very nice.
Very nice! Y’all did a fantastic job. But I do have questions….. 1) I don’t understand why you couldn’t have had a free floating dinette table that you could take outside? I know that you supply the other one. 2) What size is that tv and is that gonna be the largest available? A larger tv if possible would be nice to have. 3) As a CPAP user, for the bedroom outlets, if you are going to have them mounted on the nose cap like they are now, I would suggest to move them as far as you can to the side of the RV. This would eliminate as best that you can any tangling that may accure with your arms, pillows, hoses, etc… 4) I would double the length of the phone holder rack next to the theater seat for extra storage. 5) I don’t understand why manufacturers say that it is difficult to install a side backsplash next to that stove. Looks like there is plenty of room to me to mount it on that wall. 6) Road mode works for me. 7) I didn’t see the “G” in the logo until you pointed it out. It just looks like a space ship flying or a take on the Star Trek logo to me. I like the bottom color under the logo as an ascent, nice touch. 8) What’s wrong Coors Banquet??? 😋 😂 9) I would prefer and suggest a permanent ladder rated 300 #’s or greater and wide enough that you can hang your wet towels and swim suits on then get rid of the mini towel rack. 10) Definitely an upgraded first time purchase, decent pricing. Second purchase first time around I hope so. You all did a wonderful job. I think that Bish’s should have you take this camper on a summer road trip to each of your stores, have an event like you did when you gave away those three Go Plays and have a meet and greet with your fans. Have a drawing at each store, the winning name at each store will go into a special drawing at the end of this tour to win a camper. All of the names and addresses that you collected you’ll have on file for marketing purposes. While at these stores you could make a video on new models that you may not get at your home store, but you could also do a video on some used units that are located at those specific stores on how the quality of certain used units have held up with proper care. Perhaps even list the pricing on those used units as well, who knows it may help the sales staff to clear them off the lots. 11) Again fantastic job. Perhaps Bish’s should take these new models to the QCCA Camping and RV Show in Rock Island, IL in February. It will be a great way to get public feedback on the designs. www.qccaexpocenter.com/rvcampingshow Hope to be able to see you on tour. I’ll buy you a Coors Banquet (or Light if you prefer).
Change the bathroom to to be hinged on the right. Will not have to "walk around" to get into the bathroom. Much more accessible in road mode as well.
Great idea. Ty
Ty Stacey! So much great input
my suggestions:
lower the window behind the televator, then add some overhead cabinets...
Id like to see the laundry door fully close and latch...
those outlets above the bed need to go above the shelf, anywhere above the shelf would be fine...
these little things would make this an awesome trailer
Ty for this
I agree on lowering the dining room window or make it bigger. Seems like when you’re sitting at the dinette you can’t see out the window?
The outlets above the bed could be turned and put into the bottom corner of the closet facing inwards and access above the shelf so that no cords hang over.
Nice smaller RV. You guys did a good job with the layout. I will contradict the people bashing the dinette. I like dinettes in smaller RVs for the storage space. I was also pleasantly surprised with the CCC! This RV should be a hit with couples that weekend or long weekend RV.
We really made sure the CCC was strong on all our models
We think alike! 😊
Thanks for the feedback! We'll definitely pass it along to the manufacturer!
I love the television, I would like to see the window larger so that it goes down lower so that you can enjoy the view when you’re sitting at the dinette
Ty
I like the level of thought by people who have camped! I'm impressed!
It makes a huge difference
This is always my go-to for a complete RV review, the gold standard. This helps me narrow down my choice to see in person. The holding tanks are the minimum, as I normally don't have hookups. Thanks
I'm glad you found this helpful in narrowing down your options!
It needs a free standing table
There is one
There is?
In this example it has the “knee knocker” tubes holding the table up.
We like the camper however you can’t watch tv from the bed. Also, the shower curtain is a no go for me. Trash can, laundry basket and all of the storage are great.
Ty
Needs a bigger fresh water tank for those of us who boondock a lot. Need a shoe storage under the dinette at the entrance. Also, I prefer a built-in ladder. Need a slide control switch in the storage on the backside of camper so we can extend slide from outside and make sure of clearance.
What size tanks would you like to see?
@JoshtheRVNerd Well, I spend at least a week at a time boondocking. So, 60 gal or more would be better.
That's without me having to carry a water bladder to refill holding tanks.
Make bedroom private. Remove dinette and make into a flip-up breakfast bar. Make campside window a pass-through, like the APEX BARV. Put the TV on a swivel. Turn theatre seating into a hide-a-bed.
We do have some private bedroom models coming that you may like in the future
We have several bunk models already in the field with videos coming!!
@@JoshtheRVNerd Look forward to seeing the videos.
Love the peg board idea. I don't want tvs and always thought if mine came with an outside TV I was going to replace it with peg boards loaded with camping tools.
I like the pegboard idea, too! Gives you easy access to your stuff.
I love it. Little ideas like this help us dial into things in the future.
I love" Go Away' !! LoL
Love this floor plan.
Wow so much here! Ty
Beautiful rig!
Put hinges on right side of bathroom door! Outlets above shelf in bedroom! Thanks.
We will definitely consider that in the future.
Great video. Outlets in bedroom need to go outboard and/or above shelf. We utilize a lot of hanging clothes - maybe a longer model could have dedicated wardrobe. A number of items you showed could be dealer installed options to keep price of base unit down. Overall a very nice unit.
I'll definitely pass your feedback along!
Great camper. Rack and pinion slid!!!! Awesome!!! Bar stool and bar for more room and bathroom. Great job on the bed storage.I know that you have to make some sacrifices because of size. Over all great job bish’s. 7/10. Love the videos and great content. Thank you.
Thanks, we really appreciate it!
A larger campsite window is absolutely something I was wanting to have happen. Hopefully we can make that adjustment in future models.
We are exploring better options for the table legs
We purchased the Z2900 ,, headed out in February,, going south. Hopefully south is the way to go , and the weather changes.
Enjoy! I hope you love it!
Hhahahaa
A lot of smart features in this trailer.
11:39 for my feedback I would say put those outlets underneath the wardrobe either on the north wall or east/West wall. They definitely do not belong where they are. (as you said.)
👍🏻
Great layout. I need to go SIT in one of these---I use 3-4 computers for work, I think the booth and one of my portable desks would do the trick
I bet that would work!
Like:
Bed and bed storage
Abundance of outlets, USB and phone/utility shelves
Big fridge and stove
Large sink
TV position
Large Shower
Outside garbage
Dont like:
Needs a more fluffy friendly toilet
Rather have garbage under sink than in a cabinet.
Would like more solar and more battery
Dont like the knee knocker dining table
Dont like solid axles
Appreciate the feedback! There's a lot of good stuff there.
What are the chances those theater seats could be cloth?
Really a great looking trailer. My only critique would be the solar package. I'd really like to see a significant solar array upgrade so you could boondock in a decent sized trailer.
Bigger solar packages like that are tricky because they quickly become costly and are not generally sought after by the majority of people. That’s the kind of thing where we can still rely on our local teams to complete those installs
Agree with this - a 190 watt panel is outdated - most new panels are 220 watts or more - I'd add one 400 watt panel and be done with it. Great camper Josh - a few tweaks and it's going to hit the mark with most.
Agreed move head board outlets above shelf or to the side . You all did great job
It’s definitely something we’ll consider for the next model!
What a great job on this camper, garbage solutions inside and out are perf 34:49 ect!❤
Yes we are the walmart.bag ppl..tied to the ladder on back 😅
And wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to do that?
Great job on this one, Josh!
A hide-a-bed option would be nice. Maybe tone down the wall color a few shades.
Ty
"SCIENCE" ---> THE MASTER OF THE RV UNIVERSE has spoken!!! Love ya Uncle Josh!
😊 moe you’re so awesome man. Ty
I work at ludington Bishs and I cannot wait until we get this one!
You rock wonder twin!
@JoshtheRVNerd haha thank you. Have fun at Novi this week!
Thank you for clarifying the difference between Thermofoil and sealed Thermofoil. You mentioned sealed Thermofoil on a previous video, but I didn't understand the difference until now.
It’s literally a difference you can SEE which is cool
We would like you to remove the dinette all together. Make it a breakfast bar with storage underneath so you don’t have to worry about stuff falling down the elevator hole.
Ty
I am a drawn to this design in all models. This one is very good. The back one addiction is putting a cover like is over the sink, over the sink in the storage area. Great Job!
Ty! Glad you like it!!
Wow.. ty so much for this ❤️
Have the bathroom door open from the other side. Other than that it’s a great compact floor plan. Great features etc. I will have to tell my parents about this one.
Ty. Someone else offered the same suggestion
Thanks for the detailed feedback! You've got some great points that will be helpful as I continue to review RVs.
Lol) and I apologize for ever doubting you!😉
Really well thought out, all-around great RV here.
I haven’t seen one of these in the dark, so I’m unsure in the shower lighting, but that’s a great question
You guys really do have it all here and the price is Great !! Congrats on a GREAT RV !!
Thanks! I really like it
You do a very good job of showing these rvs your information is very valuable!
Glad you think so!
Can the dinette window not be lower to match the bedroom windows? OR raise the televator top to bar height and put in a fold down, bar/counter height tabletop that LATCHES to the wall or has some other way of taking some weight.
Ideally the window would just occupy that whole space but we only had specific sizes to choose from and are still fine tuning that
You guys did an awesome job with this RV.
I think they did a great job on building a camper but I would like a standard ladder built on it so I can climb up it without going to buy a ladder
I’d like that as well
Anything special on the suspension? Love all the extra details you guys did. What brand or series are you targeting for similar pricing? Warranty anything special?
Standard suspension and warranty. We are considering options for both but nothing special so far
I also like the Go Away name!!!
Go away!! Lolllol
Thanks for all the great feedback, I’ll pass along what you’ve said!
The Laundry shoot door needs to be alittle bigger to fully seal the opening to prevent a draft.
We're working on improving that a bit actually
All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!
I’ll take it!
Currently only half way through watching this video and am super impressed with the thoughtful engineering making maximum use and flexibility of the interior.
Ty so much!!
"They can be Stink'n Handy..." 😁
* Stove/oven placement and Drawers & storage inside is done RIGHT!
* Built-in ladder preferred, over window is fine!
* perhaps a drop-in plate/cover for under tv while it's raised up?
Can that TV be pulled out and swiveled?
On the sink cover, would two hooks be better than one? To put them side by side and a bit lower would be perfection!
I do really like those. It may be something we can look at in the future.
Very Nice!!
I'm glad you like the pet bowl station!
I like it. Looks like a great couple's camper. Like the TV solution. Hidden when not in use.
Yeah that TV is pretty neat, right?
I like the layout! For the TV problem, I know this might be an odd suggestion but can there be a side slide-out TV from the side wall rather than from the bottom? Then you don't have to worry about spilling things down the televator crack. A side slide TV would keep it at eye level too.
That.. may actually be possible.. hmmm…
👍 nice job!
10:39 these pneumatic supports are an absolute necessity imo, especially over the bed. Because you already are reaching to get something out.
I have never used a stove, never will, and would
Much rather have more counter and cabinets than a stove I will never use.
I love the X225, agree with the free standing table comment, love the telecaster , wonder if there might ever be a Murphy’s bed version😊😊😊
Hi Josh! Great job, and here are a few thoughts:
*I love the layout and the TV situation.
Man ty for all this thoughtful feedback
@JoshtheRVNerd I tried to answer all your questions. :)
Like everything a lot. Wish dinette could be swapped out for bar seating facing out the window. Maybe an electric fireplace under it.
Cougar does that in their 22mls btw
Very well thought out. I like it.
Appreciate the kind words!
Thanks ,nerd 🍺 🤓 . Love the open bedroom, the outside garage not cool out west, and too many critters. A lot of places well tell you not to leave, food ,garbage out. THERE'S NUTHING WRONG WITH A COLD BANQUET. 😅🍻
Cheers 😊
Beautiful wood tones, I love it but would want a 30' length.
Our next couples model is in development and has just that
Laundry shoot, I'd say spider door! I would buy this unit! Perfect for me to tool around the country! Tandem Axle sold me.
Ty Craig!!
This is my favorite camper layout! You've added so many nice features, and you're so genuine, it's a joy to watch your videos. My hubby and I are talking about driving to one of your locations from north Georgia just to look at these units.
Just some thoughts:
Please keep the dinette.
This TV cannot currently swivel, but it’s not to say something couldn’t change in the future
I'm glad you're liking it!
What about having the bathroom door open the opposite way?
Could work.. we'll pass it along
This would eliminate as best that you can any tangling that may accure with your arms, pillows, hoses, etc…
4) I would double the length of the phone holder rack next to the theater seat for extra storage.
9) I would prefer and suggest a permanent ladder rated 300 #’s or greater and wide enough that you can hang your wet towels and swim suits on then get rid of the mini towel rack.

Hope to be able to see you on tour. I’ll buy you a Coors Banquet (or Light if you prefer).
