    Thank you for sharing Mr Anmol🙏if I had to make an exeption as to what my favorite yoga sequences are I would definitely say all Upperback and Shoulder openings. Great class thank you for sharing this Sir💯

    How long did it take you to achieve such flexibility, Sir?
    This sequence might help a lot to improve in that domain, however I was missing your instructions concerning breathing and necessity of brakes after such existing assanas. Your classes which contain practice plus breathing meditation contributes improvement. Regards, A

      I practice from 2007 ☺️🙏🏻.
      Breathing practice make stability in any kind of postures. And it’s release pain also ☺️
