As always, your content has value. I love everything you do and I learn quite a bit with every video. I implement so much of it into my life. I noticed that your videos are starting to get longer than you used to have. I'm someone who greatly prefers shorter videos. Ten ish minutes (8-12min) is usually my max attention span. Just my personal opinion. Of course with RMRS I can watch all day.....24/7 without sleep or work. LOL 😁 Lol. However I just wanted to give personal feedback. Thank You Antonio for all your golden advice.
For the first day of of this year I end up waking up super early cos I thought I heard something and turns out it was nothing and then, couldn't go back sleep, so in that moment I said to myself I feel like going for a jog/walk and did, I didn't put a limit on it I just needed to be back before I had work..so I was up at 2am I got ready chilled out for a bit then left at 3:15am.and walked/jogged for three and a half hrs just to see how far I could go and to see how comfortable I'd be then got back home at 6:40am had a shower, chilled out then worked from 10am.till like 8/9pm.and I even tho was a little tired I felt great. Now I want to go on a jog/walk every week , try do the three hrs once a week or if I can't,just some smaller distances.
I'm veering off the topic with my question , but I thought the comments section here would be the most active. Can anyone tell me what theme song this channel uses? The one at 1:33? Thank you.

one of the best tricks is to style your beard to suit your face. if you wear glasses, you need to choose a beard that will work with the overall look of your face once you're wearing the glasses. moreover, the two most attractive face shapes for men are the square and oval (for women they're the heart and oval). if you don't have one of these face shapes, you can style your beard in a way that'll make your face look more like these shapes. long story short, pay attention to how you style your beard.
