It is the first time that the auto translate app manage to translate so well and so accurately what you've wrote from Japanese in Greek language! I totally agree with you. It is a big deal to be able to see how the dialogues were translated and performed in different languages. But my favorite one is the Japanese original with the unsurpassed performance of Takuya Kimura. I love to listen to his voice and it is a pity that he is not more fluent in English in order to enjoy him in more English speaking roles. He is a great actor.
For everyone who confused why there are some different translations in this video (not all translations use "that's my girl" like the english one): Actually the japanese line (which is the original line) is "ii ko da", which means "good girl/boy". That's why not all the dubs use the "that's my girl" line. Maybe the english dub didn't use the literal translation to make it sounds more romantic and beautiful (still it has similar contextual meaning with the original japanese line)

no? why are you straight up lying? he says いい子だねー (iikodane~) いい means good, well 子 means child, but in this context it is not in the literal sense of a minor だねー doesn’t have a direct translation, the closest I can think is something like “aren’t you?” So it would translate to something like “You’re a good kid, aren’t you?” it’s not said much in real life, it’s mostly a movie/anime thing. the way he’s saying has a clear romantic undertone, but i could tell my cat in a squeaky voice the same and by context you’d know i’m just talking to a cute animal that’s behaving well. Japanese can need more subtle context clues but I can’t even imagine how you came to that conclusion, much less how you’re confidently affirming it.

Well in Russian he says "that's nice". That's the official dub obviously but imo the fan made translation and dub is so much better. His voice is so smooth and quiet there and he actually says "good girl" in that one and somehow it's closer to both Japanese and English versions than the official dub.

They are so creative. I love how Turkish voice acting industry finds the best cast to voice the characters Ghibli, Disney or Nickoledeon, doesn't matter. They really rock.

In Japanese, if I'm not mistaken「 良い子だ 」 ("ii ko da") means "Good girl/boy". And it's also used to praise a child, but it can be used toward adults, animals, etc. depending on context.
