This is exactly what i want to do with my revv1. I want to pair with a 72v battery. I believe the motor will be ok just cant full throttle it for a long time.
If you had a slightly higher amp controller it could reach speeds over 40mph. It would make a great sleeper bike.
It would be quieter if you had a sinwave controller. The controller you are using is squarewave.

How fast can the stock Revv1 FS go?
Stock goes 35 to 38mph, but it varies with battery consistency.. It appears with the upgrade he did, he can constantly get 37 to 39mph with an additional 40mph... Down side, still seems like he's straining the stock motor..😅
