I will also be attending Crandall university, I find your videos on Moncton and RE market insightful. I work in the built environment in Lagos and I'm learning already from your guys.

Hello! Where is the best area to live near to hospitals? I will there with my child so it’s important to me know that

Our 2 hospitals are very near each other. Most neighbourhoods between the 2 would be ok. Our downtown area is close to the George L. Dumont hospital - that is an area you may want to avoid if possible.

What's your opinion on the Elmwood estates ,Sunny arces west and botsford/mountain road area (near dt)? I've been seeing houses I really like in my price range in those spots. One house has been on the market for over two months (462 Robinson St) that I ADORE.

Those aren't bad areas, depending on what you expect. The 462 Robinson in particular is on the north side of Mountain Rd, the farthest from downtown, which is not a bad thing.

I am thinking about moving to Riverview from Ontario. I would be transferring to my company’s facility in Dieppe. Q: how is the traffic going across the 2 bridges? Like, are there bad bottlenecks or anything? How about “rush hour “? Is there one there in Moncton?

Hi @miss4908, coming from Riverview heading towards Dieppe, between the hours of 8 and 9am you'll get more traffic, but no bottlenecks. You'll always be moving, it just may be a little slower than usual, and you may have to sit through an extra cycle or 2 of traffic lights before crossing the bridge. The same can be said between 4:30 and 5:30pm heading back to Riverview.
If you're in a larger metro area now, once you've experienced what we consider "traffic", you'll most likely find it funny that we even consider it traffic :)
And if you you do find it to be more than you want, adjusting your time by 15 mins or so, should make it smooth sailing for you.
Hope that helps. Feel free to reach out with any other questions!

Why do you emphasize only the English language in your videos, even though New Brunswick is bilingual?😢

It reaches the widest audience. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in this area, Marc is bilingual and happy to help :)
