Beautiful atmosphere

No different than any other Canadian city. I live close to red deer and its insane. The prices, the drugs, the bs. Alberta is expensive as hell to live and there's no jobs here either. Overall it's mass immigration causing a lot of problems. We simply do not have the infrastructure that is needed to house or take care of the amount of foreigners coming in.

Totally agree with all these points and to me the main issue is the property tax. I returned home to NB from Ontario and was shocked to see the property tax. Would not have purchased in the city if I had known.

Moncton expect high crime rates and garbage everywhere from the new comers. Developers that have no back ground in agriculture taking advantage with their junk heap buildings replacing real pursuits and real family values... With no background in conservation or anything actual long time residents value. And all the other trappings of the underwhelming lifestyle enjoyed by uneducated low to no skilled city folk bring with them. No beautiful livestock. Just uh... Duh livestock
