Thanks, Michelle. When I bought blotting papers one time I found them to be too small and needed multiples to do a good job. The tissue works so much better for me.

Great tips Tina! You looked so refreshed and pretty after your touch up! I agree that touching up the under eye area never works!
Have a great day my friend!

These are such excellent tips for retouching makeup especially for us gals who have an oilier skin type. ✋😇 I personally have the additional challenge of living in the South where we’ve recently had 104F actual temperatures with high humidity which can easily wreck foundation even with use of mattifying primer. I sometimes have to tap out my shimmer eyeshadow as well due to creasing which fortunately isn’t a biggie, but definitely often necessary! 🤩✨💕 💕💕

Midwest heat and humidity here too! It can be brutal. Glad it was helpful!

Hey Tina! 👋 Nice tips and tricks. I don't have to worry about the shine with my dry skin. Shelby's skin is perfect now, not oily or dry. I'd say it won't be long before she gets oily skin. Mine used to be oily and so was her mother's.Tfs and I'll see you soon 🌈 🌻 🤗 😘 🥰

I hope she doesn't have to struggle with her skin through the teen years.

Good morning, Tina! Your tissue tip is brilliant!
Another reason I don’t like washing my face and starting over is because my skin care goes with it. I hate doing it twice! 🙄

Good point! I'm never sure if I should do it again, or just put on moisturizer and move on.

I love the blotting tissue tip! I use little squares of baking parchment paper that I cut from a roll and carry in a tiny zipper bag inside my makeup pouch. Also, I've found that dab ing on some of Mally's Poreless Face Defender balm around my nose with a fingertip works really well, better than powder for me. You look great! Thanks for the video!

They are really good. I was planning to get some with a 2 for one sale when they contacted me about sending some. I said yes so fast! LOL

Oooh, that powder foundation is a great tip. I don’t wear makeup but something like that would work great for when filming videos….I think? Or should I be doing something else?

A powder foundation can be great when you just want a little coverage, or maybe some shine control. And is definitely good for spot coverage. If you put it on with a brush, it can give an airbrushed, light look, whereas a puff gives a fuller coverage.

I know what you mean about the mascara-- though sometimes I brush on a clear mascara from ELF; it clears a little of the glop off but adds shine. That Cider shade is beautiful! I'm a little afraid of trying City Lips, my lips tend to puff up with almost any plumping formula. Maybe I need to grab a sample pack first.

That might be a way to go. And I'd check into their return policy too.
