Lynnwood to Seattle during rush hour is more than 30 minutes. Usually more than 45 minutes upto an hour. I've done that drive many, many, many times. On a good day.

I live in north Snohomish County and used to work in Seattle. Going into the city the stretch of I-5 next to Lynnwood is typically where the slow traffic starts. There were days where I was spending four hours commuting.
