Would be a bit hard considering that he is GROUND CREW, customer service is another job that he isn’t specifically qualified for. His job is the planes, and customer service is another persons job. They don’t mix

Dp you work for many airlines as a ramp agent or just certain ones?
He works for Red Handling which services Norse Atlantic, Norwegian, TAP, Delta, and Saudia at Gatwick.
