I would suggest putting a disclaimer saying that the audio has been translated and voiced over for your videos.

Hello from Finlaland. Here flat roofs were built in the 70s. Now they are seen as a ”risk structure”. The melting snow is the main risk. There is a lot of pressure that pushes water in from the smallest hole. Now sloping single pane roof is popular. As long as there is a real slope it’s ok. Absolute minimum is 8 degrees.
And solar panels, totally dependent on location. Here 45 degrees to south is the optimum as the sun is so low.

I'm sure because you've been to Bali, you've seen how they traditionally cool themselves by building their roof as high as possible so the hot air could rise, replaced by cooler air. In Java people build houses called joglo with 6 metres high in the exterior and 4 metres high in the interior. It also give a strong impression from the outside.
Another issue is the amount of rainfall. People in the Middle East could build their houses with flat roof since they don't have much rain, but in tropical region with high intensity of rainfall, steep roof is much more practical

That’s a great observation! Traditional Balinese homes and Javanese Joglo structures indeed use high roofs for better airflow and natural cooling, plus they look quite impressive from the outside. In regions with heavy rainfall, a steep roof is much more practical for quickly shedding water, whereas flatter roofs can work in drier climates. Climate-driven design choices like these really showcase the ingenuity of local architecture.🙌
