@hedreamt9455 you can easily buy individual Cipher cards online. They are not too expensive either. That Hapi card seems to be more of an exception. Aside from Lyn or maybe Lucina, and other favorite characters with a high amount of high rarity cards that can get pricy. I went too TCG republic. They gave me a bonus Cipher pack too
God I love those tier list with democracy so much, my only real gripe is that Hapi is not high enough. And honestly Rodrigue was done dirty, he's up there with Nader and Jeralt in A/B tier.
