START- I've been manifesting to decrease my height for a little while now, and as per my last measurement, I was about four inches shorter than my original height. I'm much closer now to my goal, and I'm looking to utilize this subliminal as well. My intention is to measure myself one week from now, on Sunday, 05/07/23, and to be 4'6" when standing in a compressed posture, and 4'8" when standing regularly. From now until then, I don't intend to measure or compare myself to objects. I'll continue to affirm, listen to subs, and visualize, and I'll try some other manifestation methods as well. I'll also just be living my life and trying to detach lol. This comment will be updated!
DAY 1- I've been doing a decent job so far at affirming and being inattentive to the way my body is currently. I've also been listening to subs throughout the day while multitasking. Unfortunately, things can be difficult because I've gotten into the habit of comparing the size of my body to objects. I'm working on developing a healthier mindset while also manifesting physical changes. I also feel doubtful sometimes, but I keep reminding myself that I've shrunken quite a bit already, therefore it must be possible.

I am ecstatic and infinitely grateful. :)
I’m going to continue to get shorter, though I’ve taken somewhat of a hiatus from the process over the past two days. I am content to be 4’7”, but I do want to be extremely short lol. So, soon enough, perhaps starting today, I’ll do the week long process and use this sub again. This method has given great and reliable results so far, so I’ll definitely move forward this way.

Hi! So, I measured myself yesterday, and it was difficult to get a precise measurement, but I decided to consider myself 138/138.5 cm, and I was very happy about that, because it meant that I was 4’6”.
As my ultimate goal is to be 137 cm when standing at my tallest, to continue towards that goal, I aim to be in the 4’5” range when standing normally and the 4’3” range when compressed by next week, on 06.05.23. Specifically, I think I’ll aim to be 136 cm when decompressed and 132 cm when compressed.
If anyone is reading this comment (doubt it, lol) and is concerned that I’m getting extremely short, just know that my goal is still to be 4’6” when standing at my tallest posture.
