I'm taking my final medical exams in 1.5 months. So far, I've had trouble believing in myself and therefore being consistent in my studying (1 month). I'll be documenting here the improvement in my consistency to study every day (except for one day/half day break per week) by playing this video in the background. Edit Day 1: managed to focus for 3h30 a boost in my motivation, I did a 2h session + a 1h30 session. It was encouraging and satisfying, but I'd like to be able to study more hours a day. Day 2: managed to focus for 3h worked 1h30 + 1h30, I had to move some things into my new apartment, so I didn't manage to work any more. I've set myself the goal of working 7 hours a day from now on! Day 3: managed to focus for 6h soooo happy cuz i managed to focus during 6hours! my energy is getting good (nb: doing 20min fitness exercises every morning before studying gets me going) Day 4: managed to focus for 40 min in the morning i needed to take time to sleep, relax, write, etc. and in the afternoon i had to go to a job interview 1h30 away, so studying clearly couldn't be a priority today! a bit stressed for tomorrow Day 5: managed to focus for 4h30 4h30 divided into 2h + 2h30, in between i took a piano lesson, i ate, i went shopping for 1-2 items on sale, i bought a new computer case because mine was broken... i feel like I'm starting to understand my pattern: i'm frustrated because "i don't have enough time to study", but at the same time, i'm devoting time to a lot of other things. soon, as james advised, i'll have to look back on my week: what helped my concentration versus what disadvantaged it. thanks again james for your motivation! Day 6: managed to focus for 5h30 yaah! it made me want to make a calendar where i can note down the days i work > 5h (thanks james for the streak tracker tip). Near future project: move to a >6h/day focus streak. Day 7 - exam's in 45 days: managed to focus for 2h not satisfied... i had to prepare an application for housing in 1 year, i ate with my family at noon, and at the end of the day i had to go and visit the housing in question. it's hopeless how difficult it is to prioritize work, tonight or tomorrow morning i'll probably try to organize the next week taking into account what i can optimize compared to this first week of tracking my progress in my focus of my exam. Day 8 - exam's in 44 days: managed to focus for 1h30 + improvements for next week what went well this week: deep and easily reached focus. what went not well this week: consistency and dedication of my time to studying. what i'm improving for next week: i've made myself a schedule on paper for each day, organizing my life around revisions, not the other way around. i hope it pays off!
@@natechenheng1380 sure! I'm involved in programming and data analytics and the bank I work with has programming study tracks . So they pay me and I literally do 25/5 minute pomodoros for 5 - 7 hours a day. The training is for financial analytics. I've been in the programming training track for 3 months now , still several months of training and pomodoros ahead

I gonna admit that. Guys no one is like him. I used to be here in his live streams even If I was done with studying. I will search for something to study for. But when he stopped streaming I found it difficult to find someone like him. Then I found one who studied in the medical field I studied with that new guy for over a year. But then I felt Like something weird was going on with his channel. So after a year, I discovered that he was fake all the streaming for 12 hours a day is fake. He is doing stuff rather than studying watching girls on DC and adding them asking for stuff. I felt disappointed and frustrated why is that? Like how the hell you are staying for that long and all this is fake. I decided to come back to rewatch Jemes live streams and stay with him and only him. Hopefully maybe one day he will come back and save us from this odd world.

Graduated at the University of Johannesburg with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry. Obtained 17 distinitions with an overall average of 74% in my final year. Its amazing seeing you back.
I gonna admit that. Guys no one is like him. I used to be here in his live streams even If I was done with studying. I will search for something to study for. But when he stopped streaming I found it difficult to find someone like him. Then I found one who studied in the medical field I studied with that new guy for over a year. But then I felt Like something weird was going on with his channel. So after a year, I discovered that he was fake all the streaming for 12 hours a day is fake. He is doing stuff rather than studying watching girls on DC and adding them asking for stuff. I felt disappointed and frustrated why is that? Like how the hell you are staying for that long and all this is fake. I decided to come back to rewatch Jemes live streams and stay with him and only him. Hopefully maybe one day he will come back and save us from this odd world.
