Ube is rare in my area. Usually Sundays ka lang mkakita ng rootcrops sa palengke. Kadalasan, kamoteng ube pa😭😭. Kaya I learned to improvise how to make ube polvoron during college. Sa modern day with availability of ube flavor, it's not difficult anymore 🙂. Thinking of adding a twist to polvoron actually
