My mother would always make sure to put me or my sister in more dangerous positions in vehicles so that in a collision she would be safe, which is how I ended up being thrown down the gangway of a bus at 18. She would also start shit with people and set my sister and I up in situations to defend her, potentially violently.
My dad who was a martial artist in several disciplines, refused to allow us to learn even for self defence but never once defended us from anything, so I as a woman, I am always aware of my surroundings, don't take undue risks and would feel awkward if anyone tried to help me, much as an alien would feel awkward on a day trip to Earth.

When the streets have homeless and family’s who depend on benefits and food banks should we not be looking after those who are from these countries first and ensuring their own inhabitants are in a better state without taking on more people and funding their comfort with the money paid in taxes to ensure the betterment of the country, especially undocumented peoples who seek refuge from a land a far away from their country of origin rather than at the first safest country to them? These are not refugees keep in mind, the price alone to travel illegally to these places is way more than a person(s) fleeing persecution or war could afford, there should be more border control and enforcement of the lands laws as is applicable to everyone from the country, not giving preferential treatment to illegal immigrants who seek to reap the benefits of the lands they come too

It's standard practice. They wait for the police or CPS to say it's okay to do so and the police sometimes wait to capture the suspect and charge them before releasing details. The time this will be different is if a suspect is at large and then releasing the identity is seen as necessary to protect others. Other media in the past have released an identity in an ongoing investigation, that person has then been found not guilty and then the media outlet get sued in court or a defence lawyer will try to claim that their defendant can't possibly receive a fair trial after being named as guilty in national media prior to trial. Obviously the case against this particular person will be very clear and obvious with so many witnesses but the general method of doing things has developed from past cases through fear of future litigation where things might not be so obvious. Rules are made to cover all rather than on the fly for specific cases.
The riot the other night will affect it a bit too as they might now be worried about an angry mob who then go and vandalise (for example) this person's property and other people being caught up in that. It all comes out eventually as the details appear prior to the court case but sometimes, if the police have the suspect and prosecution seems certain, they'll still retain details in the short term and let them leak out later if the case seems particularly likely to incite further trouble elsewhere. As far as they are concerned they have their guy and their attention now turns to securing prosecution.
It's why these vigilante types ought to stay clear of legal cases. They can prejudice cases and put prosecution at risk as Tommy Robinson did in one instance some years ago.
      www.claims.co.uk/knowledge-base/media-law/media-identification-of-suspects#:~:text=Publishing%20the%20identity%20of%20a%20suspect%20%E2%80%93%20even%20though%20this%20may,in%20any%20subsequent%20libel%20case.

Most people say they would intervene in a situation such as this, but when it comes to it i'm not sure they would. Respect to this man for having the bravery to do the right thing. As i've got older, i've realized that race or religion don't dictate what a person is like or how they act. There are good and bad people among us all. All that happens is the bad/evil people who commit disgusting crimes such as this, sometimes use race or religion to justify their own actions. When in reality there is no justification for carrying out such disgusting acts. This quote sums up my comment perfectly! "The Only Thing Necessary for the Triumph of Evil, is that Good Men Do Nothing." That phrase was quoted by John F. Kennedy, attributed to Edmund Burke, though evidently that was not an exact quote from Burke. If people just did the right thing and helped others (regardless of race or religion) the world would be a much better place. God bless this man!

It doesn’t matter where this heroic man comes from, he’s got a somethings that a lot of the pathetic commentators on this video don’t have, Bravery and best of all Empathy. Well done.

I was surrounded after school by bullies that punched me and hurt me, there were adults standing in the bus stand waiting for a bus that didn't even glance at me or says a word to deter or call police. Now myself a mother, if I everr saw a child getting atcked, I'd jump in. All children r viewed as innocent and not affliated with any agenda and so helping any departed any colour, ethnicity, religion, disability, I personally would, but we r all supposed to. Sadly many r cowards these days...
