@Burst Gaming No, they are not, the certain people were industry proffesionals and some had worked for sega before, people still treat Mania as a fangame that was just happened to be published officially rather than an official game with the involvement of official studios, unknowingly devaluing the devs as mere small fangame studios, rather than professional ones (which they are, ever since CD HD). They actually had to do things the industry way with Sega keeping the game crisp and detailed.
Honestly, I love all the costumes in this game, especially the sega consoles. There's just something so comedic about watching a static model of a dreamcast rolling inside a gachappon ball and collecting bannanas

This is just a minor nitpick, but I wish that all the characters had their multiplayer outfits from Banana Blitz. (red for P1, blue for P2 etc). All in all though, this game looks great and I am really looking forward to getting this game!

Sonic and Tails don't talk in this game, because those versions of Sonic and Tails are from Sonic Generations, where they are the "classic" versions. Though Classic Tails DID talk in Generations, Classic Sonic didn't. I mean, SEGA was going to get Jaleel White (the same guy who voiced Sonic in the 1993 cartoon) to voice him, but they couldn't get him in time, so they decided to make Classic Sonic not speak.
This episode surprised me with how optimistic Nathaniel was in this video. I guess he's just that grateful to have a decent Monkey Ball game for a change. I'll probably get this for Christmas. Maybe on the Switch if it isn't too botched of a port.

I think the rolling sound is actually supposed to be the character's footsteps. I noticed with Tails that the sound stops completely when he's in his running animation.
