You have got the point..of what the physician perceives as a good result from prescrbed treatment as opposed to how the patient is trying to deal with daily fluctuation of symptoms...trying to choose which one of 3 chores you may be able to tackle that day knowing you maybe unable to finish even one.
I would be interested to know the difference in symptoms of those of us with late life onset of M.G...in my case 76 after having Chikungunya virus. It is hard.to guage if it is old age or MG.
