You should review an indonesian resturant. theres a couple in the city but they generally go un-noticed because of the popularity of thai and other asian restaurants. But trust me its yum as.

Sheep brains used to be a regular dish at the RSL. In Adelaide, I tried tempura lamb brains served with a berry sauce. It was amazing!

worked at a chemist and got asked to dinner by the chinese for supplying that baby formula, orded a couple different dishes, 1 was cold chicken neck at first was put off when it hit my lips expecting a hot meal but was nice man

I lived in China for two years and each regional cuisine is unique to each province. The food you're eating is more central Chinese not Northern.
Australian Chinese food has nothing on the authentic stuff.
Props for trying out different things and being adventurous, hopefully some of your viewers will try some of these places out for themselves.
