Tried one and a half slices of toast yesterday (I have been gluten intolerant) and was amazed at how well my body behaved after that. Normally my belly will swell up and feel quite hard. I have experienced no bad bloating, no change in BMs - normal stool formation and regularity. I've been on a 9 strain probiotic with omega 3 fish oil for a bit seeing how well my daughter is doing on it. And yes, the walking of my dog helps with motility immediately after the walk. Now I'm going to work on step 4 to try to get my hour glass figure back. 😅🎉 Being bloated for so long must have caused some damage to the muscles around my colon. I can't wait to improve the tone around that area again.
    Great video!🎉👏👏🏆

Thank you Dr. Ruscio!! Would you please make a video on gallbladder? Gallblader stones and how to thin bile? There is a lot of information about Tudca, choline, herbs, etc but what about when gallbladder stones are hardened? Thank you again!

I've tried lacto/bifido blends couple of times but I had bloating as a side effect and finally gave up trying to heal my gut this way. Thanks to the videos of Dr. Ruscio I decided to give it another try. This time though I bought an older lacto/bifido product that needs to be kept in the fridge. No side effects so far. The second day my bloating improved, today is my third day and I feel kinda fine. My BMs are better. Hope this continues... It's the first time I feel good on probiotics. There might be something about those refrigerated probiotics....

@@jenniferharper7283 I think they are only available in my country Bulgaria, I can't find them online in other countries. Unofortunately I think they don't export it. It's called Enterosan. Yes, there are products with this brand name in other countries but I think they are not the same thing, they are not even probiotics.
The product I'm using contains Lactobacillus acidophilius, Lactobacillus bulgaricus GB and Bifidobacterium bifidum L1.

@@harshitthakar5377Even better. Not completely cured but really better. I even included gluten in my diet again (gluten is the thing that was giving me the most horrible bloating).
While the refrigerated probiotics did help, my naturopath gave me a psychobiotic with prebiotics and my condition continued to improve.

I have every issue mention and seeking health multivitamin One MF , and collagen helped my leaky gut sooo much, as well as digest spectrum , ox bile, and killing herbs and monolaurin helped so much and doing probiotics in the future. Food intolerances seem to make me soo much worse but having the vitamins like vitamin a and e to help heal gut lining was key to healing as well as amino acids in collagen :) Natural calm magnesium truly helps my motility as well.

@@FrostyBud777 it usually takes a few weeks or even months for something to exert a noticeable effect. And people with symptoms like those which lead them to watch videos like these, very often have a lot of comorbidities which can vary over timescales of a few weeks, and thus can’t be distinguished from the effects of taking a supplement. Add to that that it’s impossible to know placebo involvement, and also the impossibility to distinguish short-term versus long-term effects of your supplements, and you get an immense amount of ways to draw false conclusions. I’m sorry for being sceptical, but that’s just what someone has to be when trying to make sense of it all.
In any case, assuming you’ve been very careful in concluding what works, do you feel like you’ve actually been cured, or are you still on these supplements?

Try taking a probiotic from each category for three to four weeks, while monitoring your symptoms. If you see improvements, stay on them for a month or two until your symptoms completely resolve or begin to plateau.

@harshitthakar5377 same old unfortunately. Now I am looking into maybe trying triphala, some good reviews out there. I am also going to try my best to do low fodmap to see if it helps the bloating. I pass intestine sometimes. My doctor didn't seem as concerned as I thought he would. I saw a specialist and she just told me about a bunch of inconclusive expensive tests I could take...and recommended I switch my magnesium...I did that for 3 full bottles worth, no change. So citrate didn't work either. As of now, I am just doing lots of miralax, which does nothing for me for some reason, but I've been taking it for well over a decade. I'm at a loss...any tips?
