What a great video and really good insight into a world that most of us will never see......After seeing what it takes each day, I suddenly feel like I don't pay enough for a loaf of bread.

Let's say they sell it to the store for $10, at 102 loaves that is only $1020 for the day that Rize Up will make.......I bet that covers costs and barely gives him enough to live off of......he must do it for the love of breadmaking.....

Whenever I order my sandwich 🥪 at Jack in the Box, it's always sourdough or having an appetizer at Mimi's Cafe with spinach/artichoke dip, it has to have slices of sourdough bread. Love your TH-cam videos because they're entertaining, educational and inspiring as always especially to people like me who might be interested in having a bakery of my own, settle in a foreign country for retirement, take reasonably-priced vacations, etc. Also, I like that you always end your videos with emphatic remarks. Although I rarely eat bread anymore, the scent of warm baking bread is wonderful.
