For work pants and denim redhead from bass pro/cabelas are amazing. I wear 36x36 boot cut and they work well for work and carry. They fit over my cowboy boots, don’t ride up, and give me room to breathe. Truewerk work wear is a nice option too. Give them a try.

Great video man…..I was in the same situation a few years ago. Someone pointed me to off the grid surplus apparel. Honestly I love them they are tactical pants without the look of tactical pants. I recommend them all the time

As winter approaches I needed to get some new pants that weee a bigger size for concealed carry and actually decided to go with Carhartt. I couldn’t have been happier and went out and got another pair today. Carhartt was a win for me.

I have the same Old Navy jeans. They are comfortable but the only issue I have with them is the belt loops are skinny and not enough of them around the jean. I love using the Carhartt pants, specifically the flex pants (it has a waffle texture on them, keeps me cool/warm, and if they get wet, it drys within 10 minutes). The Carhartt has plenty of pockets too, I like the shirts too. The Force shirt is more form fitting up top but still has room to hide your carry setup. I use the same HC belt as you.

For jeans I replaced all my Levis with Bylt basics Tech Denim. I'm on the muscular side and they are still roomy enough for me. I'm thinking about trying "The Perfect Jean" brand too, but Bylt is working for me. They only have like four denim colors, so, I get to save money 😅.

Depending on your frame those are great options I use Carhart or Wrangler or cheap cargo pants , relaxed fit jeans and stretch jeans are good also . For bigger guys try a long shirt in your size like 2xlt or 3xlt no it does not slow down your draw time at all .

I highly recommend lululemon pants. I wear them almost every day for my office job, they’re good for carrying, and they’re the best sturdy and flexible combo I’ve found. They have a ton of different fits and styles, so I recommend going to one of their stores to find the right one. Worth a try at least.

Lululemon ABC pant, they have a few different fits and Lululemon has a great warranty/guarantee. I’ve only purchased 2 pairs but have probably gone through 10-15 pairs in 10+ years. Vertex ccw jeans also are stretchy and comfortable with lots of “edc” pockets

I’m a marine corps veteran. I worked at a gun shop part time for years while I was going to college. I’ve been around guns and carrying them since I was 18.
Im 32 now and I’ve been carrying iwb for the last decade. I feel like we have similar tastes.
I wear sweats and crocs a lot because I go to the gym 5-6x a week. I wore Levi’s and American eagle jeans for years. They were relatively affordable and available.
I just bought lululemon abc slim fit pants. You are going to pay about $140 a pair but they will last you. If you’re a veteran they offer a 15% discount. They are super comfortable and breathable so they don’t stick to you in the summer like denim in the summer.
I started elevating my style too as I’m getting older so the nice thing about the lulu pants is you can dress them up or down. They also offer alterations on site.
I’d say start with a pair of lulus either the abc slim or straight leg depending on what kind of fit you like.

I personally like Redhead for my jeans, cheap-ish pants but comfortable, I say they’re like a wrangler-ish pant but better…? I like the classic fit, they’re a 61-38-1 blend I believe. Coming up on a year with them and so far they are amazing, if you take care of them in a similar way like denim should be they’ll last awhile.

Most of my jean came from Ross Dress For Less haha. Any jean will do wonder as long as you get the one that has strechy waist. I find those are extremely comfortable when carrying appendex. You shoud try Wrangler outdoor all terrain pant at walmart. I live in Texas and doing chores outside at my 2 acres property while carrying make the heat more comfortable. Like i said try a strechy waist jean. Even tho i carry appendex and it sit on my Kore belt instead of snapping on my pants. That little extra strech help a ton when doing daily activities like sit and stand.

Expensive, but Awesome. I buy 34x32 in athletic fit. For more work type pant, the Proof Rover pant is good. They have a regular, an edc version, and a double knee version.
