- After MONTHS away we are back back back again at Center Parcs Longleat Forest for a family getaway in June 2023. This one vlog includes everything that we got up to during our weekend break in summer.
This time we are stopping in a 2 bed executive dog lodge in the Fir area (my favourite area at Longleat), and are joined by some recurring guest stars...
This vlog includes some badminton in the Sports Plaza, swimming in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, electric boats on the lake, a delicious curry from Rajinda Pradesh, some wildlife, loads!

After seeing your Disney vlogs, came across your centre parks vlogs. Not somewhere we’ve been but interesting to see. The main thing I loved is Harper! I love dogs. We have three!

Yes it's a bit different to Disney, generally a lot calmer 😂😂 unfortunately we can't take Harper away to Florida or on cruises with us, so CP is a nice option as they have (limited) dog lodges. The rest of the time gets to stay with friends and have a break from us 😂

Congratulations Dave and Rob on achieving the 1000 subscribers milestone - I'm guessing that income stream will fund even more CP visits :). Enjoyed this one as we're about to go to Longleat in October after a near on 7yr break (illness). We're taking our dog (Gruffalo) for his first visit so that'll be an enjoyable change too. Thank goodness you didn't do a full sweep of The Store Room as Mrs M would've started fantasy purchasing before we had even arrived!! @@RobCadenElkins Hi Rob & Dave. Gruffalo is a cross between a Patterdale and a Lakeland so let’s just say he won’t be getting off the lead 😱😂. Mrs M has extensive experience of buying goods out of the storeroom with the staff more than delighted to put her purchases behind the counter whilst she looks for other ‘seasonal’ items😂. Just as well I love the ‘free’ swimming. You and Dave should try the tree top walk - just think of the viewer fun as you guys freeze with fear! Just a thought. Best wishes!
Really enjoyed this vid, not that i dont enjoy the others lol. I think because we're going in August. Interesting their selling again, hope changes are for the better. There was talk of building a cp near us but it feel through, too much opposition i guess. Have you thought about doing cp europe? I would be interested to see that. X

Congratulations! Please get the most bedazzled mickey ears possible! Is it me, or are the rapids and Lazy river longer at Longleat than Woburn? So happy for you and your vlog! Been with you a while.. like a proud sister here!
Hahaah hey proud sister ✌️🥰 the lazy river at Longleat is short, although I think it's more fun than Woburn. Woburn is maybe more true to name though, with the inflatable tubes.
As for the rapids, I think Longleat is longer, although I could well be wrong 😂😂
We just got home from our final week of June Longleat stay and it was so good! The rapids were dialed up to 11 and the fastest I've ever seen them
Ahhhh that's good. The rapids are so variable, sometimes fast but for the time we were there they were a little more tame.

@@RobCadenElkins Thank you for the recommendation, will bear that in mind :) I'm booked onto the aerial adventure and the drop, also got some family activities like short tennis and table tennis booked. Few meals out. Want to do the spa too as I've heard that Woburn's spa is the best of the lot! Think I remember you mentioning that in one of your videos too.
@@ben98691 oh yes the spa at Woburn is great, loads of different rooms and smells, they have won some awards for it too. I'm hoping that Elveden's spa will be as good with its current refit

@@ben98691 we are back to Elveden in October. It feels like a loooong time since we were last there, and quite a bit has changed since then (new Pancake House, new Las Iguanas, new Spa)

@@RobCadenElkins ahh we had a great time, we did quite a bit, but had plenty of time to relax too. I didn’t do a video this time sadly. I occasionally upload a Center Parcs video, but I’m not confident enough having myself on camera, so I always end up deleting them 🙈 I just can’t believe how well your channel is going, you guys do a fabulous job!

I know what you mean, the Xmas lights and decorations are great to experience and walk through. I am a sucker for holiday lights though, we love to drive around our local area in December to see all the houses that go ALL OUT!
Yes will definitely be back up to Whinfell in future. Probably not as soon as we would like but maybe early 2025 (if not sooner)

@@OMGItsMango_ yep, all the treehouses had some netting outside to hide them away whilst work is going on. I don't know how long or what exactly, you'll have to let me know!
My mother called CP with an enquiry and they told her about the refurb during that call, she just didn't tell me yep. Apparently the refurb finishes, a week or two before we go. 😮
So now I am beyond mega hyped. I will confirm everything when I get my phone call with the Treehouse host soonTM. 😅
