I hope you enjoy the second of our Center Parcs vlog from this series of videos, sharing our recent stay at the original Center Parcs in the UK: Sherwood Forest.
Dave and I were joined by our friends (and recurring guest stars) Emma & Lee for a midweek break in October 2022. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Executive Lodge with Sauna in the Ash area.
This day 2 vlog includes our attempt at Geocaching, lunch at the Pancake House, some unexpected drama, and a late night swim and go down the rapids at the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

I never really leave comments usually but I found your channel a few weeks ago and I am literally obsessed with your Centre Parcs vlogs. I have now fully watched them all and look forward to the new ones (very relieved that you guys go regular so its more content for me to binge 😂).
Your Centre Parcs content has really quickly become my comfort blanket as it brings back so many family memories for me, from my childhood trips with my parents, siblings and recently passed grandparents to my adulthood trips with my own partner and daughter. I have fallen on some rough times the past 3 years with my health and financial situation, which has resulted in us not being able to take our little girl on what was a family holiday tradition to Centre Parcs every year. We've been going since she was 9 months old (she's 9 now), so the parent guilt has been unreal recently as she is so desperate to go back and honestly she is the best daughter a parent could ask for, so she deserves it so much! We are hoping that things are gonna soon pick up for us and we would love to return asap but until then, your vlogs provide the perfect quick fix.
Like I said I never usually do things like this as it seems so crazy to me, how you are a total stranger but have really made quite an impact in my life recently. So I just want to say a really big thank you to you and Dave because your videos, your happy/comforting personalities and your loving/relatable relationship have really dragged me out of some really dark days recently. You've probably been just as effective as therapy to be honest 😂
Anyways... Apologies for the long comment, thank you again, I'll look forward to plenty more CP content and honestly...
Keep being yourselves because its the reason to me, why I return to your Centre Parcs vlogs over all the others on this platform ❤

I'm sorry to hear you've had some rough times, and hope there is a turnaround for you and yours and you can look forward to some more Center Parcs visits in the future. No rush though, I don't think they are going anywhere, I'll keep checking to make sure 😜

I'm so glad Emma and Lee were ok! I was laughing at first, but then actually started feeling a little worried for them. Looking forward to part three.
Thanks! And sorry to have caused you that worry. It was genuinely how we were feeling at the time but then when editing I thought it seemed a bit dramatic so decided to ham it up with the music etc 🤣🤣

@@RobCadenElkins I think you'd be the next big thing honestly. Look at Knightstrider and even lodge guys, they went from not known to massive in 1 vlog series. Lol disney fans are where its at for dedicated followers. Thanks for all the hard work you put in, you're both fab 😊

Would love to, but the time, cost and logistics of getting there are things we are trying to work through. I'm sure we will manage it one day, but no bookings yet
Hey...
We are currently comparing Center Parc resorts in the UK, You done a nice Eleveden vs Woburn comparison but how would the other parks fit in to this comparison? Sherwood for example?
More specifically the pool, slides and rapids for adults?
Also be interesting to hear Go Ape, Quad track, cycle routes and other outside activities such as zip lines etc.

I do keep planning to do a few more comparison videos so hopefully they will be useful for people when done.
As for Sherwood in comparison to the other sites, I would rank it high on a lot of the things, such as layout, the indoor pool and the rapids, and the general forest feel.
