EEG Sleep Spindles and Vertex Waves 😴

My name is Jared Beckwith, I’m a registered EEG technologist. In this video I will look at an EEG with sleep spindles and vertex waves. While awake, this patient had a continuous, symmetric, and reactive 9hz posterior dominant rhythm. Fascinating! Since our brains make waves, I feel like it also means that our thoughts travel outside of our bodies & so it's true that our thoughts DO affect everyrthing & everyone.
