      Foreigners are prohibited from owning land in the Philippines, but can legally own a residence. The Philippine Condominium Act allows foreigners to own condo units, as long as 60% of the building is owned by Filipinos.

    Before buying land, ask the people near the property if it is not prone to flood and landslides...Good luck! and God bless!

    Quezon is the Province with least developmental urban areas, best place to invest for future are places like, Lopez, Buenavista, San Andres, San Francisco. The place is covered by bicol region when typhoon is coming from pacific, there are no active volcanoes nearby, most areas are above sea level

  • @Feroxx65
    @Feroxx65 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

    Wow! The water fall is so captivating. Philippines is so rich not only in it's natural beauty but it's marine, mineral and forest resources. Why the Philippines is still considered as a poor and developing country? It's because of our politicians. Most of them if not all are corrupt. They don't want our people to live a decent and well off life because they can no longer manipulate them and exploit them in exchange of their votes by giving ayuda to the people. Sad but this is the reality. In the 50's to early 80's the Philippines was the richest and modern country in ASEAN region but now Vietnam has surpassed us in GDP per Capita. Im quite sure that in the near future, Cambodia will overtake our GDP per capita unless corruption of this country will be lessen or minimized.

We Checked in at Holabay resort near the Panglao Airport(not recommended). Guests are NOT ALLOWED to Eat or Drink even coffee inside the room. They don’t have restaurant but they make our breakfast and there is restaurant nearby the hotel recommended to us and that’s where I bought the Mango Salad I paired with the Bangsilog. And that’s the first time I discovered that the mango salad can enhances flavors if paired to any dishes. Note: the mango salad I tasted in Bohol is classic 😁😋 top with shrimp alamang.

    Before I buy a property, I am going to hire a Geologist. Especially the property close to the hilly sides.

    As i said earlier consult a lawyer before purchasing lands as our Constitution prohibits foreigners from owning lands. In addition make sure the land is titled otherwise you’ll spend a lot money and time having them titled.

    Do not buy land in Batangas, Cavite near the volacano and also Laguna because there is underground volcano. Why not try Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan as there are many lands for sale with plenty of mangoes, hospitals there too and schools and universities, Tarlac near Clark, Zambales and Bataan is beautiful too. Bicol region is prone to typhoon in the Eastern region which is near the Pacific. Do not buy properties near the sea of the pacific ocean . I wouldn't recommend Mindanao or Cebu. Time and Seasons are different now. There are many Propety vloggers in these various areas : house and lot for sale with farms, mango farms for sale with house, fruit bearing trees with house for sale, Farms for sale and etc. I love watching them and would love to move to the Philippines unfortunately I have difficutly convincing my family because of the heat hot weather no matter how many beautiful places I have shown wonderful views etc still say a big No . Watch property vloggers and they can give you more detailed informations of the property. All the best.🌲🌼🇬🇧😀🥁
