    I must ask, can I combine this system with a sediment filter to make my first stage filter last longer from the sediment blocking it?

      Hi Elmer,
      A pre sediment filter can be added before the first stage however, we do not carry any pre filter attachment for this system. Please keep in mind that if you add a pre sediment filter, you may experience a drop in pressure.       We completely understand! If you are unable to find a pre sediment filter, we would recommend possibly changing the filters more frequently if needed or you can also give us a call to place an order for the first filter only. If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know!

    Every six months I have trouble replacing the two filters. It is not easy to twice off the top of the cartridges. Any suggestions? This is frustrating

      Lily,
      Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We do offer a wrench that helps easily separate the top cap from the bottom sump. If the wrench is needed, we are more than happy to process an order.

    I will call. My claryum 3 stage leaks after changing filters. I had to pull the whole system out

    Its there any harm if they were backwards prior to replacement?

      Hi Tony, while there wouldn't be major issues, water wouldn't filter properly, and you might experience water flow or water pressure issues. Also depending on what filters you had installed backward, can you tell us which filters were installed backward so we can better answer your question? You can also give us a call at:

      Hi Tony, there should not be any major issues besides the pressure or flow of your water. We would advised moving forward to have the filters in the correct order to get best performance out of the system. Stage 1 ( Red ) goes first and the Stage 3 (Yellow) goes after the Membrane ( Stage 2). Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    the containers that house the filter are too big, unlike the ones in this video. Every time I install the filter, it pops out of the cap and drops to the bottom of the container. I must have an old design that doesn’t work as well.
    Anyway, a full day of troubleshooting, leaking, water damage, and a message left with your claims dept, I am now waiting to hear back from you company, and I am forced to buy drinking water from the store.
