In this video I finish the fabrication and install of the grizzly bars on the Eastonmand 22-28 with attached conveyor check out HISEA boots www.hisea.com 15% discount code - oldguy
Good patent Dick. Pretty smart. May I suggest you keep the front part of the tote which you removed be temporally snapped on to the front to prevent the wood from falling. Once your tote is taken to it’s resting place. Bring back the part and snap it on to the next tote to be filled. I find it saves me a lot of picking up. But then I am 83 and you are much younger. 😂
Looks great Dick! Theyseem to be working very well, and I really like your design that works around the wheels for easy on and off! Can’t wait to see them painted up
Fantastic final build on the Grizzly bars Dick!! I think they will be a great addition. Only change I see is a deeper IBC tote bladder to catch the chafe. I sure Clifford is happy with the end result also!
Great job Dick! Grizzly bars seem to be working excellent. I just ordered a 22-28. I really hope Eastonmade comes up with Grizzly bars straight out of the factory soon for the attached conveyor
Hey Dick. You did a great job on that build. It seems like you made it perfect, and the slash pile shows its effectiveness. It good to be back watching you again. Kenny
I liked your work well enough that ‘m copying it. I will be using #4 rebar in stead of pipe simply because I’ve got the rebar. I may wish I had bought some pipe! You’ve done that like a professional builder. This 37D with conveyor certainly needs the gorilla bars.
Very nice job ! Easton made is on my wish list for sure someday with everything else we got going on with our channel just not in the budget right now 😂
Thanks Don. Watching your build and talking to you about it was a big help. I love your idea of an angled plate to help the pieces get over the cross bar. I may need to do that with mine also. So far it’s doing it’s job!
Nice job on the grizzly bars Dick. The way you made your bars you can adjust to totes and to you trailer. Put a little spray paint on the links once you finish adjusting and you’ll be good to go. Great video. Hung your sticker up on the Blades of Glory 1. Check us out. Take care Dick.Later .Al
@@jamesstan317hi James. If you can provide me an email address or a phone number I can text to I’ll send you a video. Jake at Dude Ranch DIY sent me the video with specs on their build. I used the same dimensions and I thought it would be more useful than me remeasuring. The axle attachment details are included in the videos I did of my build.
Dick take pic how it set up on elevator then drop off at local body shop and ask to paint and clear coat top surfaces for 100 bucks may be a week or two but they will get done or paint your self and drop just for the clear coat makes it more slippery

Your recommendation is spot on Paul. That’s what I normally do.

Thanks Jake. I don’t know what happened on that video. It’s playing at a very low definition. TH-cam is trying to correct it for me now.
Great job making those bars easily removable! I like the design!
Hey Elliott. Thanks for watching and commenting. I really enjoyed meeting you at Brad’s. Hope you’re doing well.

It’s definitely a good addition Heath.
That worked great all good builds need tweaking stay safe my friend
Thanks John. I’m
Real pleased with the bars.
hi there great job best to all john
Thanks John!
Looks god. I was thinking some keyhole slots that you can drop a chain through and move to the slot to lock but looks like you got it covered.
I like the keyhole idea Hays, but I think the eye bolts and clips will be ok.
Job well Done. Well thought out. A little more tweekn & you should have it just right, like you say. thanks for the watch
Thanks Dan. It seems to work well.
Dick excellent work and video also your supervisor likes 👍 the slash in the small tote bladder 😮😊❤

Thank you!
Do you have the specs handy that you can share? I like the fact that the wheels stay on. I’m gonna give it a shot!
I don’t have the specs available James, but I’ll try to get some measurements together and let you know.

That’s a good tip Bill. I plan on painting it myself but I hadn’t thought about doing a clear coat. It makes good sense.
