As a student of bsc nutrition and Dietetics we have to teach about portion diet and nutrition at early age because In india even our parents are not aware of what is right for us and how much calories we have to take in a day. About nura screening we have to do this as a preventive step towards a chronic disease . It's a very good step towards health.

The Japanese culture is really impressive, the Govt is strict on health, travel, environment-no cars, the concept of 80% full only, calorie conscious food being served and the mental make up of staying active. I do hope Nura is successful in creating a health. Conscious India. All the very best to them!

Prevention is better than cure -- We have all heard and learnt about this but hardly do we apply in our daily lives. Even if we opt a healthy lifestyle, but still few people get exposed to Cancer and they do not even know about it until the body shows symptoms.
Thanks Ryan for sharing this Podcast and making people aware about how early detection can save lives of your loved ones. The best part of the video was certainly when you shared your own experience to Nura making the crowd feel much positive and safe of visiting Nura.

I really liked when you said our culture needs to be changed as we don't have any guidance on how and what to eat in a certain quantity to balance our diet like what we lack and what we excess in our body.

This video brings us insight to many terms like self awareness, technology, health screening, country, culture, government, food, new and old life style…
But something which sold me here was how the country Japan takes care of their peoples health and make rules and regulations that keeps them healthy and makes them so aware that health is the true wealth which reminds them to do their health screening and keep them aware where they stand as on today in terms of their health no matter which ever part of the world they are.
We humans on buying a car takes it strictly for maintenance periodically, but not our body which we are restlessly using without any periodic maintenance.
    It’s high time….

Japanese People have inbuilt walking and being active as a major part of their culture! Most importantly people value the importance of physical fitness for longevity! Its also interesting to note here that every food item sold across public food spaces carries a nutritional value label. Imagine how much of benefit it would be for the public in India, if all the food joints start adding nutritional value against each menu item. Thank you Ryan & Morito for sharing great insights on body screening!!

Hi Ryan sir, I just saw the package s of nura but it's too high sir it's like 15k 20k .for our Indians it's too high right sir, most of the middle class peoples monthly salary 15k sir, can you please plan some small amount of charges .or like EMI options to pay .or you can push this mission to the GOVT officials . Like in Karnataka they are giving free bus rides for ladies and free ration to people to make people lazy . On behalf that bus rides they can offer this screening with some discounted price.
Please approach to the government sir, so that all people can get this on offerdable price . Or else as u said in video one who has money he will do the tests . Otherwise it will be the same routine .
If it's possible why can't you approach this to our honourable prime minister MODI JI .they will help you sir, if they agree to help means it will be the good news for all our INDIANS .

Very interesting podcast, yet another thing to admire in Japanese culture. That said, India is excellent in preventive healthcare compared to the country I live in (Italy) and even the country I come from (Sweden). When I spend time in India, I have health screenings done, and I know many Indians who live abroad do the same. Last time (a month ago), I had it done at Mahajan Imagining in SDA, Delhi, and it was over the top, highly recommended. However, next time I'll try Nura in Gurgaon :-)
