The Sixsters are awesome. Every song has a different flavor. Found them years ago but there early songs were all sung in Ukrainian. Then they did Fever and Media Minion in English. I guess the live video of a show they did in 2021 was what sold me on them, there older stuff has more of a classic rock feel to it. The last couple of years they have been writing excellent songs that seem to be a mixing of genres.
Lol "it's already over" It's like that with a lot of their songs, like 'Same Kid," like, press PLAY and hold on for dear life, but then the ride ends too soon and makes you want get back and ride again. Now THAT is great music.
Thanks for playing my recommendation, I discovered this band just over a month ago via another reactor, I just can’t get enough of them, they are so good. It’s criminal they have less than 5K subscribers, but possibly understandable due to their youth and the situation they find themselves in. The drummer Kate is only 15 years old, and she formed the band back in 2018, yes at 9 years old. She had a YT channel playing covers and had started guesting with adult bands, she wanted to join a band but there wasn’t anyone she knew her age, so her dad advertised for kids to form a band. Initially there were 6 members, so they were six sisters in music. A couple of weeks after the war started, Kate’s home, where they had their practice studio, was destroyed in the bombing. Soon after most of the girls families fled Ukraine. In the summer of 2022. 5 of the girls reformed the band in Germany. Since then 2 of the girls families returned to Ukraine, so two new members. The last to leave was Maya, who at 14 had to go with her parents, any video before 2024 had Maya on Keyboards. The band today is Kate, 15 (drums), Polina, 16 (bass), Sofia, unsure age (keyboards), Anna, 21 (Lead Guitar) and Maria, 17 (rhythm guitar/vocals). They are influenced by bands as diverse as Blink-182, Offspring, Judas Priest and Uriah Heep. They had a photo op recently with Uriah Heep and Saxon where they all signed a Ukrainian flag. You won’t be disappointed when you hear more, they also flit in between styles effortlessly, some punkish, some rock, some ballads. I haven’t felt this enthused by a band since I first heard The Warning 5 years ago.

aint that the truth, im constantly in daily search of the newest the sixsters reaction and it is crimminal that i have to wait days for a new one to appear, smh
How the hell did I miss this?!! One of my favorite young bands, The Sixsters are extremely creative, quirky, fun, awesome!!! Now 5 members, they were originally 6 friends bound together like sisters through their love of music, thus The Sixsters. Fled Ukraine, now in Essen Germany. Incredible vocals, harmonies, instrumentals! They can rock or punk out like crazy and then break your heart with a beautiful ballad. More The Sixsters please!💥🔥🤘
Hey ... I just discovered this Band last night (Sat). When someone wrote in the comments on another band reaction, they wrote "Pick Anything" so I had to have a gig. ... wooooow. Check out "Hold" and/or "Feels". These guys are amazing.
I think that they are in their late teens now. When they started in 2018 the age range was 7-11 years since when they have had a few lineup changes. I have their last two albums- such genius for their ages. They do a few genres- all great. Try- Feels, For Us For Me and I'm Gonna Be.
Cool seeing you learning about the warning, freeze the fall and now the sixters .How about getting more intense with another Ukrainian band Jinjer most people start with pieces live session or if you want the deep end you can try pit of conscience live in Kiev insane vocals
Sorry I missed this when you posted it. @%&# YEA!! That is straight bad-assery! The Sixsters are just amazing. Every song is different, they do whatever the hell they want & they rock it all🤘🤘. Thats pretty much the definition of Punk Rock😊
