Regarding Adam's comment on how Loki seems to be a consistent story without rewrites or reworking ... I recall reading a couple months back that Loki S2 had NO reshoots or rewrites. The story on screen is exactly how the writers originally set it out.

Watching this reaction after having watched the entire series, it's crazy to hear all the theories and predictions they have, knowing that almost all of them are wrong. Just shows how this show was totally unpredictable for pretty much every major plot point. Terrific writing.
Technically, Waldron just conceptualises the series but Eric said in an interview I think, that after Waldron left for MoM during the pandemic, Eric Martin has to rewrite most of the first season and write a fresh draft of the second season. So, ethically, it's all Eric Martin and he did a damn good job!

Benson & Moorhead now seem to be Feige's go-to directing duo having now directed episodes of Moon Knight, Loki and now the new Daredevil show. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up directing a movie as well.
They're gonna be the new Russos and Gunn of this Saga. They did an amazing job directing this series! And Martin's writing was great too! Can't wait for finale!

I missed watching your guy's videos! Tbh it's been kind of exhausting being apart of this fandom recently. While I am enjoying all the new Marvel content we're getting and I'm excited to see where the MCU is heading, seeing all the negative reactions and complaints from fans all the time is kinda sucking the fun out of it. Like recently, I noticed the tone of some of New Rockstars' content sort of shifting that way unfortunately. Catering to the angry fans. Like in Erik Voss' latest Invincible breakdown he went on this random tangent essentially dragging the entire MCU for no reason, and I won't lie, I was disappointed by that. That's why I've always appreciated your guy's channel! You always manage to find the positives in these movies and shows, and when you do have critiques, it always feels fair. Apologies for the long rant lol, its good to have you guys back!
I also binged season 1 leading right into season 2 and what stood out the most to me was the immediate difference in how the two seasons looked. Season 2 has this beautiful 70s film grain look to it and feels very lived in… almost like it was shot on film.
I think it was both time and multiverse jumping. Remember, the statues of the Time Keepers were replaced with Kang after Sylvie killed He Who Remains (or after they passed threshold). At that point, I think the timeline branching also affected the TVA where you had at least two TVAs where in one, Kang proxied the Time Keepers as overseers of the TVA, and the other where Kang was the TVA's direct overseer. Loki was brought back to the TVA when B-15 and Mobius were arguing over what to do over the timeline branching, and we are led to believe that it had never been that bad before. Loki was also time slipping between past, present and future. I think Sylvie's decision, and/or the threshold, had that bad a repercussion.
Well, unless it happened in another timeline, or was localized enough to not have reached Tulsa, there were no apocalypses in Broxton, OK in 1982 because I'm still here.
I've been catching up on your old reactions, and I just finished your Loki season 1 reactions, and holy hell did you guys reach for so many things that didn't happen. I'm going to be very interested in going back to your reviews for various movies that have come out and hearing your thoughts, as well as seeing your reactions to this season and seeing how the S2 finale leads to literally everything in the Marvel Multiverse, from simple multiversal stories like What If...?, No Way Home, and Multiverse of Madness, to full on separate universes told outside the MCU.
