Another great video!! You guys always show us the best products and give the best tips that really help us all, Thank You! Absolutely the best way to custom cut any type of foam and leave smooth edges and sides. Go to a yard sale to pick up an electric carving knife. I bought 2 one for $2 the second for $5. I read many reviews from people who bought bow and gun cases, they all highly recommended using an electric carving knife. First use a sharp knife to push through the foam to insert the electric knife blade. I tried it, and they were right it works great!!
Hope Tim is truly o.k.! Scary deal. Good reminder to b safe out there. We ALL make UNINTENDED mistakes while out in the woods! Its a rough and rugged experience and things r bound to go wrong. "Stuff" can b replaced, people cannot, AND Injuries dont always heal. Tge older I get, the more I realize I need to b cautious. Love the customization and the Absolute Bomb Proof case. Im happy to see Pelican has a bow option because their other cases are indestructible, and the $ is reasonable for a high end case! Cant wait to see MFJJ and Brandon McDonald discuss some of the "finer points" of archery. Much respect for both of those dudes! Im def a "home team" guy tho, and its hard to argue with MFJJ and his 35yrs experience of every day archery life! Keep the content coming!

Electric carving knife works well too!
A electric turkey craver often works better than a type that melts as they are really accurate and easy. They are widely available at most second hand stores.
This comment is years after but trick is to mark the bottom side and flip it after the cut. Just an idea for others watching.
Scheels had a sale on their SKB parallel limb bow case last week for 199 🙌🏽
Same bow case i just bought except mines black. Which is came in OD green to match my phase 4. Only place i’ve seen that has close or more inventory of mathews bows he has is mor archery in the metro detroit area.

I see you left your quiver on your bow. I have the non removable tight spot and my question is, Will the foam damage your fletchings? I see you didn't cut the foam for them. I just Bought a v730 case so I am trying to get it all set up properly.

The pelican won't fit my 40" ata target bow, but the Flamu did and was alot cheaper. 🏹🤠👍
