The "polsh" "proposal" to shot down Russian air vehicles outside of polish territory can present a "not considered" precedens.
If the poles would "legalice" such actionss a NATO member state, this will give any russian present or comming states leader to "use such a precedens" tovards any NATO country, even more, it could be interpreted as if one NATO member state would do, or have done!!!!!
such actions agains an other country.
Then the "targetted country" would, as fit, have the "right to defend" or retaliate against any other or any number of other NATO members, present or past.
