I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

I've had them before for Christmas last year. Most of them were really delicious. The only one I didn't like was the peanut butter one, The Madonna. Other than that, I'd say spending a lot of money on those cookies was worth it.

Hi! Do your glycogen stores still deplete even if you have something sweet (like a few cookies) every day? Would it just take longer for them to deplete? I just finished my 28 days of the fast start and am not sure if I’ve “flipped the switch”
