- I built a Blaze Cake Farm, but in order to do that we had to jump a lot of hurdles! So we also made an infinite lava source, a sugar cane farm, an egg farm and more - and crammed them into 2 new factory designs in Minecrafts create mod. Good times!

The yellow semaphore signal you get when you stack them is called a distant signal, and it tells drivers what aspect the next signal is showing. Like for example, if the next signal is red the distant signal shows a yellow aspect so the driver knows to slow down. If the next signal is green, it shows a green aspect. Today they are replaced by yellow lights on signals, at least in the UK, that's what they do in real life.

thunderman no, I don’t think you can eat them - but they aren’t for you anyways. They are given to Blazes in Blaze Burners for making Superheated Mixer recipes and supplying 2 heat each to a Boiler. (Rock and lava aren’t very appetizing anyways)
for the lava: the way the bottomless supply works is a bit weird, for filling up, it looks at all the blocks BELOW the "spout" of the pulley. for taking lava out, it looks at all the blocks ABOVE the "spout". so just lowering the pulley more should fix it :)

Yes. This is, because in fill-mode, the Spout fill up till the fluid is reaching its Level, starting at the Bottom. In drain-mode it's draining till it's Level, starting at the Top. So that you have a) control over the Fluid-Level and b) it's looks semi realistic (and of curse, reducing flowing blocks).
Preferably lowering the spout all the way to the bottom
So many people playing has this issue😂, i think this is the 2nd or 3rd time i see them struggle with the bottomless lava
As a thought for the waystones issue. You should build an airship at each location and have the waystone inside, maybe at some kind of airship dock. That gives you the illusion you're flying to each location quickly instead of the more scenic route by train.
Would be a perfect job for that schematic cannon he pulled out a couple episodes ago 😅
would be cool if he used a new airship design for that, keep the crafting blimp for its intended purpose and have a larger blimp to act as the transport ship

@@MrBeardstone there this youtuber named Shalz who also does this create survival world and his method of making the netherrack for blaze cakes is different which is bulk haunting which is basically the create fan blowing in those fires that you light with flint and steel on soulsand and doing it on andesite

Should inverse the smokestack be white gray black. That way it looks like the smoke has changed the color.
An idea for the monorail support would be to incorporate it into the factories that will eventually be built around it. It will look less awkward and blend in a lot better!

Loving your series! Doubt anyone has said this, but the yellow signals (called a distant signal) tells the driver the state of the next signal, usually a red one (called a starter/home signal). If its in the clear (up) position then the next signal is clear, but if the red signal above it is clear and the yellow signal isn't, then the next red signal is in the stop (horizontal) position.
And the distant signal might be called an "away signal" in some regions.
for the lava issue, you could just make another train and program them to alternate turns depositing at the station. like one is in the nether collecting while the other is in the overworld depositing. this will increase lava collection by twice what you have right now. hope this helps! :)

Always exciting when a video comes out! The series is absolutely PERFECT! Btw I love the way you experiment with a lot of blocks in your builds, I think the storage stations in the new area are one of your best creations. You could also try using more deepslate variants to gibe some builds a darker look.
For one of the next episodes you should reallyyy make an andesite alloy and brass factory! Because i think it would be just easier then having to constantly make alloy by hand for every new factory. You could implement a casing making part too!

To fix the lava pit without changing configs, the hose must be at the bottom of the pit when you start pulling lava.
for the monorail, perhaps make it symmetrical, as in the support is from both sides of the rail
Good idea
Sugarcane is way less effective than honey. You would need 40 blocks of sugarcane at max efficiency for a single max level boiler to be fueled. Meanwhile, you only need 17 beehives for 3 max ones (I made a blaze cake factory myself thats why I know). That is because you get a honey bottle = 3 sugar in just 3 minutes, while 1 sugarcane makes 2.1 sugar in 9 minutes.
The double semaphores are usually used for double tracks or switches. One for each direction you could go
You can also breed the chickens with seeds.
The semaphore stacking is kinda weird, you can [W] to ponder while holding your cursor over it in the inventory
You should make the monorail supports symmetrical. Right now they don't look structurally sound

Believe the reason why the lava pit wasn't working, is because you had the hose pulley lowered to far. If you have it to low, it'll void the excess lava by refilling the source blocks. So just raise the pulley up to right at the top of the pit and itll fill fully.
As for the supports i think it would be cool if you attached the girders to the buildings, making them look like bridges as well

The second signal is a distant signal, it shows you what the next signal is to give you time to slow down incase its red. :)
In real-life, the double signal meaning is this:
Red = Home signal (the one it's placed on top of)
Yellow = Distant signal (this would be the next signal/s along the path)
Also:
Up/Down = All clear
Straight = Stop/Danger
The red semaphore arms on your signals are effectively stop and go. The yellow is a warning that the next signal along might be red, ie stop.

You also could have turned the drills that you used to dig the lava pit into a contraption for easy moving
What about adding a underground tunnel system under the district for easier access/maintenance and for aesthetics in the future. Everything looks amazing and I can't wait for the next video.

Once you've finished all your trains, you should make some safety signs to go round the tracks warning of the trains.
You've built a giant train yard, but you need something to unload the cargo containers, you have a lined out. Some kind of esthetic train crane or whatever.

For the monorail supports, you could do diagonal chutes under where the shipping container runs then connect the two sides at the top with a line of girders.

You should diffidently get villagers so you can make emerald upgrades since they give x32 storage for the drawers.

I think with Create Stuff & Additions mod there's a recipe to make netherrack with cobble, lava and cinder flour, so you can make a sustainable netherrack generator using the excess cinder flour produced by crushing wheels!
The mod that adds that recipe is create: crafts and additions
You can make andesite with cobblestone and diorite, much easier, faster and cheaper (vanilla recipe)
Not easier or faster at all if you want to automate it. To get diorite, you need quartz. for which you need soul sand. for which you need sand. for which you need gravel. for which you need cobble. So basically, it's a 6 step process. OR I can use the lava I already have and make a tiny cobble gen for the rest. MUCH easier 😁
This infinite lava pool would be almost impossible to decorate, although I have some ideas, but it was great to have it underneath the farm itself
The lava issue is pretty easy to fix, you just need to extend the hose to the very bottom of the pit

I'm not 100% certain about this but I think you can boost the sugarcane output by replacing the dirt with rich soil

watched this video, Love your stuff. I am still in progress of watching your full movie (the 5 hr one, I am in at about the 2hr mark). Love the mod pack 0.4.2. and in the last couple of days, saw that you posted an update to 0.5.2. I downloaded it, but have a couple of questions that you need/should post a video about this.
question 1: when we update the mod pack to the newer 0.5.2, should we update to the newer ver of forge 47.2.16, (currently running on your mod pack, FORGE 47.2.0 ), also, forge is currently at ver 49.x.
2: is your mod pack only tested/working on Minecraft 1.20.1 or can we update to the newer 1.2O.X.
3: in your latest mod pack 0.5.2, you have Xaero's mini map & the world map as well, you also have Xearo Plus, (, which on the curse forge page, Xaero states NOT TO USE THE Xaero Plus mod with his mods as it is NOT his, " Do not use XaeroPlus with this mod! It is not affiliated with me and causes critical untrackable bugs/crashes.".
4: it would help if you put together some short, (a few mins) on some of the more useful mods, (like Xaero's Mini Map and World Map) and the settings on these, as I can't get the cave's map to work in the world map (when I am in a cave), I have been able to get it to work in the Mini Map mode, but this is hard to see and does not have the level of detail.
lastly, when updating from 0.4.2 to the 0.5.2, all of my mapped progress, was reset, areas that I had mapped out/visited, are now gone. is there any way for you or your mod team to post a tutorial on what files/folders to back up (both on local client, and on server side, as I play with a few friends and we have setup a private server/personal server on one of our rigs). I am going to try to reach out to Xaero96 on his youtube/twitter/X account, or if I can find him on discord, to see if he can provide help on the Xaero map mods.

I remember making infinite lava in Create: Above and Beyond. My gf dug out a cylindrical tank by hand. We tried to pump the laval from the Nether but instead we just use trees that had lava as sap lmao. We probably should have used the creaye machines for itlmao
The "Bottomless supply" Bug seems to occur, when putting the draining Hose Pully on the edge of the pool. Try moving it to the middle. It fixed it for me, maybe it works for you too.

your train tracks are in the way of building the support beam for the monorail but, i'll try and be as clear as possible.
you know the 90° wood support for shelves ? that you screww to a wall or whatever, you could to the same type of structure with metal beams on the wall where the monorail come out and get in.
you could also make t shaped pole on each side of the monorail and attach them to it from above, for support.
or try and do the same structure you find for shipping containers.
of course, not to big of a structure, you don't have much space and it would be too bloated aesthetically speaking

unnecessary info time! The lower signal on the double train signal you added actually now signals if one of the pathways a train could take is blocked, whereas the top one will only signal if all train pathways are blocked.
btw just a quick note, if you look at the netherrack crusher recipe, it has a 50% chance to give more than one cinder flour which you can turn back into netherrack and do it enough times to make it sustainable

why not turn slime balls into magma cream which is pressed into magma blocks and crushed into netherrack?
tier 5 drawer upgrades are objectively much better and cheaper than tier 4, considering they only need 2 emeralds, and emeralds are used in a lot less recipes than diamonds
You shouldn't have made a lava pit because you can pump it straight from the Nether with a bucket system

there is a third way to make netherrack you can smelt the flower back into the block but because there is a chance to get a second flower you can just make a loop of making netherrack

you should try upgrading you cobble generators for making your andesite farm first of all

i'm always wondering why using the diamond drawer upgrade and not the emerald one, emerald got twice as much storage than diamond and u can put more than one in, so in the end it is more than with diamonds

lava pit to be save make it 22 x22 and befor powering the hose make sure the thing is at the bottom all the way
