Many times my souffle became flat after cooking. Now, this recipe is absolute.

FLUFFY PANCAKES or SOUFFLE PANCAKES RECIPE
🥞🥞🥞 Ingredients for 3 big pancakes or 6 small:
3 small eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
3 tbsp of milk
45 g of flour
20 g of sugar
½ tbsp of lemon juice or white vinegar or 2 tsp of tartar cream
🥞🥞 Ingredients for 1 huge pancake or 3 small:
2 small eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of milk
35 g of flour
15 g of sugar
½ tbsp of lemon juice or white vinegar or 2 tsp of tartar cream
🥞 Ingredients with 1 large egg for 2 small pancakes:
1 large egg
1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of milk
2 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of lemon juice or white vinegar or 1 tsp of tartar cream
Toppings of your choice, for me it was whipped cream with sugar, raspberries and blueberries.
You can top with butter, mapple syrup, honey, strawberries, bananas, more eggs, bacon.. well, everything is yummy.
