You are so right on with all of those cons. We've been here for 3 years and would pretty much say that those are our top five cons as well. Your explanation is a very accurate description of what goes on in Redmond. We have also lived in Denver and in Houston and know exactly what you're talking about in comparison to Redmond. Thanks for making this video! Well done 👍

Gabriel, thank you for the comment! I'm hopping back onto TH-cam to make more videos, feel free to message me if you have any topics in mind you'd like to see discussed! Glad you're on here, and hopefully you're still enjoying Redmond!

Excellent video. I've seen some of your other videos and enjoyed them, in addition to finding them informative. Coming from San Fernando Valley, CA. We have friends who recently moved to Redmond and like it, so far. Slower pace, close to fishing and mountain bike paths, 25 minutes to the night life in Bend, low air fairs from L.A. to Redmond, lower housing costs than Bend. It's driveable if we had to drive for some reason. I had not heard of the wind problem, though we lived in our previous house ten miles away, and at times wind was a killer. We're basically looking for vacation home. Thanks for doing these.

Hey Marc! Thanks for the thoughts! So glad to hear you appreciate the video; I have to agree with you about the pace of life, proximity to Bend, and great airfare! I'd love to help y'all find a vacation home, do y'all have an agent? Feel free to email me: amiebullockrealty@gmail.com
      All the best!

Thanks for the information. We are thinking about moving to central Oregon and this is the type of information we need. HOWEVER, I could barely watch the video because of the annoying background "music". About drove me nuts and was intrusive on the information being presented. I would love to just hear you without the annoying noise. Thank you.

Hey Donna! Great to meet you! Yes, the music can be a bit touchy! But I'm working on it...hopefully the next videos are better! Have y'all discussed which part of Central Oregon you're looking at?
