I'd say $50/hour is a great place to start, you can always negotiate :)

Thanks man! It depends on the exact deliverables, like whether you're doing any SEO, helping with design, the length of the landing page, etc. But consider charging them at least $1,000.

@@itscoachcarmine Means a lot to hear a reply man! I’m doing the SEO and re-writing almost everything (it’s a very bad website) including their welcome page, about, post/under grad pages plus a Bunch more. I will likely charge $1,500 and then work down too $1000 if they object.

@@thetomstoic No problem! And if it's 5-10 pages plus SEO, then think about bumping it up to $2,500+ and break down everything they get in the proposal like keyword research, metadata writing, on-page optimization, etc.

@@Sahrokh I've charged five figures for individual projects, it sounds like you're working with low budget clients. Bigger and more serious companies will spend tens of thousands of dollars or more on good sales copy!
