Great video
Great kyle,thanks
I wonder: At the tip of the pole you have a gimball (like the used on drone cameras) under the prism, and a laser from the prism pointed to ground always NADIR. So, this way any inclination of the pole you always have a straight line from the prism to the ground no matter the inclination of the pole. Right?
awesome
Lager vi bare nye tegninger på hans konstruksjoner så må han rive for tegningsfeil?
How do you find the control point?
anyone have issues with residuals not appearing? when checking setup accuracy? can't seem to find support and am actively dealing with this issue onsite
Tank
Only seems to work on a smooth floor. Most of my sites need marking out on a rough pour
Hello, Sir
May I ask you a question, I'm interested of using Layout Objects application (import IFC files) , but I'm little confused.
Do I need to buy both CC80 tablet + ICON ICR80 total station to be able to use the application, or only ICON ICR80 total station will be enough?
Thank you,
The total station kits come with a tablet so you'll be fine with a iCT30, iCR70 or iCR80 kit.
Why no legs to help plum?
Why is the prism on the top? isn´t it more accurate, when it is closer to the ground?
Good explained though
Because you cannot shoot through people and other objects. If you have a clean deck/floor you can screw the prism to the bottom of the pole. But in most instances it’s just not feasible. I run the exact system everyday. It’s all I do.

Kann dere scanne denne fyren for meg er dere snille uavhengi byggefirma i Norge er dere snille og sjekker takk.
I've been using an Icon ICR 70 for around a year now & my opinions are mixed, the user interface is good but the edm is deplorable, range to retros is weak & prism measurement is inconsistent at best. I do a lot of DC work & I wouldn't dare use an Icon for that!!!
Leica iCon... for when you have be right and also unwilling to pay more than $24 an hour.
I do not like it how it shows you the residuals for each point and not the overall quality of the resection...

Talks about geting accurate control points yet doesnt have a bipod on his prism pole........
