Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a Curt Hitch Clip. This hitch clip replaces a lost or damaged clip for your hitch pin. It's designed to be used on 1/2" or 5/8" hitch pins. And it secures the hitch pin to the trailer hitch securing your hitch mount accessory. It fits a variety of hitch pins with a hole or grooved attachment method. And it's made from a steel construction, nice and durable metal with protective zinc plated finishing on it to resist rust and corrosion.So I have a couple 5/8" diameter hitch pins here.
One of them has the hole, the other one has a grooved indention. So what you would do is you would place this through the hitch making sure it goes through the pin holes of your hitch mount accessory and comes out the other side of the hitch. And then you need a clip on there to secure it to make sure it doesn't back out. So it just fits on there. Really nice, easy to use and also works on this style as well.It's got the nice large opening here so you can get your finger in there.
Use that as some leverage to help ease the process of removing it from the end of the pin. That's gonna do it for today's look at the Curt Hitch Clip.

Are the groove pin safe was testing it and kind of quite on the road. I did like 40 miles with it without towing anything.
