Yamaha Fz07 vs. MT09 | Which is the Better Purchase?

- After owning and riding both the Yamaha Fz07 and the Mt09, I find it hard to just pick one. Both are awesome in their own way. Hopefully this video will make your choice a little easier. Make sure to comment down below which bike you prefer!

As someone who is currently looking at getting a MT-07, MT-09, or MT-09 SP I agree with the other guy that this video deserves a lot more views! Great video bro! This video randomly showed up on my Recommended Videos feed. I'm more than likely going to get the 2023 MT-09 SP just because it's so sick. Quickshifter down AND up + Rider Aid/Modes + Fully adjustable upgraded suspension + the R1 grey/blue color scheme with the gold forks = 🤤🤤🤤
Mt09 so is gonna be the best value and the suspension on that is actually good unlike the regular mt09 or 07

Love my 09, but miss my 07.
I fit better on the 09, but the low rpm torque and handling of the 07 is s superior.
On a 07, in second gear at 20mph you crack open the throttle and you're instantly doing a wheelie. Throw an 09 throttle wide open at 20mpg in second gear and it just bogs. Why everyone says the 09 has "way more" torque then an 07...I don't understand.

I'm trying to decide on these two bikes. I feel so much more comfortable on the MT-09 than the mt-07 when I sit on it because i am 6'2". I like more power, but I'm worried it might be too much bike for me. I ride dirt bikes(trail rider, nothing crazy but I can ride) and currently ride a WR-500 Yamaha. Lots of riding experience and I've become a conservative rider as well. I'm not a wheelie guy. I think the MT-09 will be better for commutes or longer rides.
The mt09 will probably fit you better since your tall. As far as power, I think both bikes would fit your needs, but the mt09 would definitely be more enjoyable on highways. I wouldn’t worry too much about the mt09 being too much bike. Especially since you have experience riding.

yo my dude i like your video. I am currently riding my 321cc mt03 and looking for a upgrade soon to a ''bigger'' bike. Im riding my mt 03 about 3/4 years now and put up a solid 25k km or 15534 miles. What shoud i get for my 2nd bike. I would like more power and grow in to a bike. Like i dont wanne get rid off it in the next 2 years for somthing new. What would your suggestion be. FZ 07 or FZ 09

Dang that’s a hard question. You really can’t go wrong with either. If you just want a powerful bike, I would go with the Fz09. The jump from a mt03 to a Fz 09 will be really big, but if you take it slow you’ll be fine. The fz07 is safe option tho. It’s great if you don’t plan on hitting100+mph all the time. Plus whEeLIeS.

Honestly I think drugs would be safer. But if you take it slow and are careful you should be fine.
ive held 158 for 4 miles straight on my 22 z900. If anyone needed to know what this model cant do.
