Hey, Thanks for the shout out! I really enjoy watching your videos. I bought the Tab320 teardrop camper last year and drove some 200 miles with the STI, no issues at all. The STI is rated to tow 3,500 lbs max, while the camper weighs 2,900 fully loaded with water food etc. So far we have only gone on trips with the outback because my wife prefers the comfort. I bought the Ecohitch which requires the removal of the rear bumper, but you would not be able to run the lower brake light. Also had to run a power wire under the car to the engine bay for the trailer wiring and brakes etc. The STI is much more capable than the Outback as far as towing and power.
