You need to get Stornaway black pudding from Scotland and try it 👍🏻 you seem to like a lot of fried food
I always enjoyed watching your vlog! Thanks for entertaining me during these lockdown and touring me around Europe through your vlog 😁 Sending ❤ from 🇵🇭
Im from the city of Szeged, and we have no idea what is Szegedinski gulas, many polish, slovak and czech ppl told me about this, but we have absolutely no idea what is this, and gulas (gulyás) is more like a soup. :D Looking at all the food you ate made me homesick af tho. Keep it up guys! :D
Hm interesting and good to know. I was also believing that Szegedinsky gulas originates in Szeged. Btw we used to cook the normal Gulash similar to soup as well, but Szegedinsky gulas is yeah something else as you could see in the video.
I'm Hungarian and I know "Szegedinsky gulas/ Szegedinergulasch" as "Székelykáposzta".
In english it would mean sth like "Szekler Cabbage". The Szeklers are a Hungarian speaking minority group in Transsylvania.
It's basically the same dish.
@@kg22247 ah ok, that makes sense, but I still can't really find how it came from Szeged. :D
Szia. En mint felvideki magyar megtudom neked magyarazni ezt a rejtelyt :) A szlovakok es a csehek sajnos a Szegedi kaposztat ,, Szegedi Gulyas-nak,, hivjak (tejfolosen nem is ismerik) es a porkoltet meg ,, magyarszki gulas-nak,, kereszteltek. MIndkettot eloszeretettel fogyasztjak/tjuk a cseh tipusu knedlihez es nagyon szeretik. Eljen az egybesult visegradi konyha !!!! :)
bocsi ...javitok , termeszetesen a Szekely kaposztara gondoltam. Mink gomoron tejfolosen csinaljuk lisztel suritve knedlivel...
It looks great and I got a couple of new recipes which I'll be making soon - cevapcici and kapustnica. They remind me of some great Polish foods I had when I was young. Thanks Peter!

Bros, you are making me literally salivate. I love all of this. I am Czech but more from Morava, so we eat both typical Czech and Slovak food. The best of both worlds. I honestly don’t understand how they can make a profit. I would gladly pay double for a second hour. Eff you for making me so hungry. You guys effing rock. PS, I miss proper halusky with fried onions and bacon on top. Again, thank you. I love brinzove halusky. Another PS, thank you for including “Babicka’s” and not just calling them grandma’s, it’s just not the same. Na zdravi, from Toronto, Canada. From a Czech brother.
Peter: You grab some popcorns.
Me, a Bulgarian: Bringing а jar of pickles.
p.s. Really nice series! Keep going!
Lol
Lol, I'm Bulgarian and I hate pickles :D I would bring some beer nuts
Flavoured sunflower seeds
