I’ve owned this machine for 6+ years now. Cutting 3/16” and below steel it does pretty good. With 1/4” steel or above don’t bother. Use a torch. Also the compressor has a hard time keep max output air pressure past 6 inches. You’ll have to slow way down, or stop, then start back up. That’s using 220volt.The compressor in mine died after 3.5 years. It would have cost $1,100 to fix it. I did it myself by putting in the same exact truck air bag compressor that it uses. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Don’t get me wrong, the portability concept was amazing. But your better off buying a dedicated plasma machine and a little portable air compressor.

I love this machine i use it alot in the field when repairing trailer fenders and and tailgates on dump bodies

I had to return this unit it gets hot and moisture happens and it has no way of putting a water trap in...
Lincoln also makes one with a compressor you guys even sell it!
Hobart has an build in air compressor.
Skip the echo in the booth and get out there and cut some metal.
