Fellow Powermax45 XP users, be aware you may not get a numeric fault code if using hand held torch. If fault develops look at pages 150 of operator manual for flashing lights code meanings. If using with cnc computer screen may display the fault code.
Sir I have powermax105 sometime 0-30 error but two to three time on off its reset I already send to service but same problem until now we change new torch but problem still same any idea why
I have a problem on hypertherm 125: the electrode hops and the air comes out intermittently. result when I start the arc it burns the electrode spring immediately. how should i solve? do i need a more powerful compressor? the flashlight is new

Hi Fancesco, Thanks for reaching out with your comment. Can you verify that your compressor that is rated for 9.2 CFM at 90 PSI.?
