- Isla broke her arm! Who Broke It Better Leg Arms or Isla?! Leg Arms, no doubt! Get well Scott! Dad learned to drive the new X-9 Combine today. They grow up too fast. The Machine sync feature is pretty sweet!
The goal of the Grain Bin Safety campaign is to reduce the occurrence of grain bin accidents by raising awareness of the hazards and by raising funds to equip first responders with the tools and training needed to respond quickly when necessary in the event of a grain bin accident. The funds raised will be used to purchase Grain Bin Rescue kits and training for our first responders.

Leg Arms and Isla can have matching ones with band-aids on them. Especially since it is the right arm on both of them. I hope that she gets better. My sister messed up her growth plates in her wrist area when she was a teen. Not a good thing.

I'm so sorry for Isla's accident. I can't imagine the mental strain that puts on you guys as parents. If I could be optimistic though, something I've heard Isla say in multiple videos is "I can do it". Whether its climbing onto the combine or pushing the garage door buttons or helping get tools in the shop, Isla could do it.
I doubt very much that this will slow down her resolve in the slightest.
Here is to parent mental ease and a speedy recovery!!! We need you back in the tractors soon, Isla!!! You got this girl!!!

I have broken my leg twice right femur to be exact.

Your daughter will grow fast and tall now. You just watch! My son broke his arm at about 8 or 9 and he took off like a weed. Dr says it has to do with something called grothh plates. My Son is 6'5" now. I'm 5'10". I will be praying for her! Quick and complete healing, no long term effects!

My daughter broke her arm twice while horseback riding and needing surgery and a split cast with one of those breaks. She reminded me a few years ago of how much it meant to her at the time to have me there by her side. There are some things that Dad's are needed for in families that there is no replacement for whatsoever. Go be a Great Dad! That x-ray break looks identical to my daughter's, we should compare notes. Sending Isla a new red tractor for her to break next time instead of her arm.

Oh no! Sorry to hear about little Isla's arm. Bless her heart. But I really enjoy seeing the family dynamic of your videos. When you told you Dad and Jim about her arm being broke, the expressions on their face was priceless. Such sincere and love you all have in your family and it shows through your videos. Wish there were more people in Minnesota who had the same morals and family structure. As we've seen on tv for a long time now lots of people in the Twin Cities are VERY different.
