Just tried this recipe. Turned out amazing. The surprise star of the show was the crispy fish skin. With the teri sauce it was like candy! Thanks!

Yes teriyaki is pretty versatile and can be used in so many ways. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
I always use honey instead of sugar for the healthier option :)
Awesome cooking video but I prefer another that taste sooo much better
Cool!
LOOKS GOOD!! i wish i can make this tbh i have too much recipes on my mind now since i followed your channel your doing great! :)
Thank you so much for your support! I hope you can try my recipes :)
I made this without sake( I replaced it with water and it came out pretty good . I also did not add cornstarch to the salmon. It was still decent.
Thank you!
I love how you cook with chopsticks :- )
Thank you! :)
Is the original Japanese name of the receipt “Teriyaki sake” or “sake teriyaki”?
It's "Sake no Teriyaki"!
Sugar not needed at all. Mirin itself will glaze with its high sugar content.
Isn't the fish overcooked to be cooked that long?
Personally, I swap out cane sugar for Vermont (that's where I am) Maple Sugar. Also a touch of toasted sesame oil added to the frying oil.
I have to forgo mirin n sake as it's alcohol how do I feed my kids with alcohol also I'm Muslim thanks for the video.
When you cook with alcoholic drinks, the alcohol is cooked out of it and it’s no longer an intoxicant. You will not be consuming alcohol.
@@jamescampbellism oh thanks for explaining this.
I tried making halal karaage in the past and use lime juice as substitute for mirin, just need to add a bit more sugar. Works great
