since the thumbnail is a bit "clickbaity" , the best cloudkillers are condi specs that can burst the fastest , anything cele/trailblaizer like : virtuoso , renegade , harbringer , catalyst. if we talking about pure cloud , they usually have no cleanse at all (unless they stand next to random healer). Pick a target , condi load it , watch them sweat :D etch , flamestriking with catalyst , auto-ing them to death with harbri/renegade etch :DD necros are there to make a "zone" in front of tag , focus them as they run left /right to hit tail ,condi melt them , ez profit . they will port to africa or die form condis or have like 5 mesmers and all necros take spectral , pull them ALL in
Really like the build thanks for all the info and guides in this build, though I think either rune of the eagle or scholar would do more dmg. But still I like the core build and for zerg it seems would be very strong. Can't wait to play it later today.

imo calling it "the ultimate cloud killer" is a bit ironic. you will die as soon as a cloud sees you are playing core necro. also you have no way of stopping them from doing so

You can tweak it , yeah, but try to always have 100% crit chance at the end, with fury .

Eh idk if you can reach the needed crit chance without sacrificing too much vitality...you can vary on your needs and see how it works out!

No, sorry, Carrion wouldn't work at all :(
If you like condition, you could try condi guardian,it's the only almost viable condi build
