This was so interesting Stephanie! I never even thought about the price difference between the the TF Matte and Peach Perfect. I guess I just always assume a foundation is one ounce! This was another flawless review my friend! I aspire to do them as well you someday!!! 😘
I really love the Peach Perfect foundation. I have fairly normal skin but this summer it’s been sooo hot and humid so I’ve been getting a little oily in my tzone. I’m a nurse and I’ve worn the Peach Perfect to work several times and I’ve gotten 18 hours out of it. I have to wear a mask the entire time I’m at work unless I’m outside for my breaks and the foundation held up beautifully. On average I have my makeup on 16 hours when I’m working, the 18 hours was because I had to work a couple extra hours to cover for another nurse so that’s not typical for me to have it on that long but 16 hours is a long time and my makeup will look nearly the same as when I applied it. It’s also one of the very few matte foundations I can wear. I’ve not tried the new Born This Way but I can’t see it being any better than Peach Perfect and I didn’t like the original Born This Way at all even though I have more normal skin. It just did not look good on me at all and my daughter who is 21 years old didn’t like it either but she has extremely oily skin. Sorry this is such a long comment but I hope this was helpful.

Caitlin Morrow Estée Lauder DW is bomb!! I’m a nurse and I work 12-16 hour shifts, wearing a mask the entire time and sweating my ass off. I live in Arkansas and it’s been sooo hot and nearly 100% humidity and I work in a nursing home and it’s so freaking hot in the facility. When I wear DW to work it doesn’t budge. It looks nearly the same as when I applied it and there’s very little transfer on my mask. The only thing is the last 6 months or so it’s started to feel a little heavy and look slightly cakey. It’s just because I’m getting older, I’m 40 years old, so the Too Faced Peach Perfect does better for me because of that. If DW works great for you I’m sure the Too Faced matte will work great. Risa Does Makeup did a review comparing the two. It’s a great comparison and I’d recommend watching it 😊
I was putting on my makeup when your video popped up. Perfect timing since I'm using the new Too Faced foundation again today. I agree with you regarding Natural Beige not being light medium. I have both that shade and Light Beige. Lt Beige is a little too light so I'm mixing them and now have the perfect shade. I have been wearing this foundation for several days and have really liked it. At 70 I actually have normal skin with a couple of dry areas. I use a niacinamide toner, Tatcha water cream and the liquid Silk Canvas under the foundation. So far, so good! I really really want to like the Peach Perfect foundation and have ordered it 3 times but never seen to find the correct shade. The new Too Faced foundation did look beautiful on you. How it looks after wearing a mask is a HUGE plus! I've definitely tested that. Thanks for the review. It's a great feeling to have the same opinion as a favorite TH-camr. 😊👍

We now live in the Dallas area, but lived in Baton Rouge for about 10 years back in the 80’s, so I understand hot abs humid! I have been wearing Double Wear since ur was new in the market - I think it cost $27 or $28 when I started wearing it. I love it because it is the only foundation I’ve ever worn that did not oxidize and turn orange on my skin. Really enjoyed this video! Thank you for your thoughts!
I've used the Peach Perfect for years, pretty much since it came out. I dabble with other foundations but always come back to that one. Compared to the new BTW Matte it's also more product for your money and like you mentioned in a more travel friendly package. I think I'll stick with Peach Perfect!
Peach Perfect has been my holy grail for years. A warning to those who use the PP, if you want to try this new matte foundation, shade down 2. I'm Nude shade in PP, I'm shade Pearl in the new BTW Matte! I do like this new one, today I mixed them, and holy cow. The smoothing affect of the PP helped out with my pores and the set down and staying power of both locked in and I was looking great for close to 16 hours. I have oily skin.
I have old lady skin, lol, but it is oily, so I really think I would like that new TOO Faced on me. I live in a hot climate, too, so now I'm tempted! lol I sure did enjoy this. Take care and stay safe. xox, Melissa

I got this foundation and the new Tom Ford and while I like both I love the Too Faced more! It seriously looks flawless all day long on my combo oily skin in a humid climate!
Stephanie Marie also we wear a lot of the same colors in foundations and I got the light beige in this Too Faced foundation and it’s perfect and unlike the Tom Ford it doesn’t oxidize (that’s my biggest gripe with the Tom Ford foundation)
The peach perfect foundation is definitely my favorite, followed closely by peachy mattes palette. Im going to have to try hourglass primer. I’ve been afraid, because I live close to you, but have very oily skin. Anxious to see how it works.
Kelly Gooch recommended mixing a little of my FAB pores be gone matte primer with my peach perfect to give it a smoother finish. I am love with that finish. It was a touch too heavy prior to doing that, I must confess. I do like my Born this way, too. I typically wear a tinted moisturizer, though. I only wear a really thin layer of either the Peach Perfect or the Born this Way.

I went today to a Sephora to exchange a TF Peach Perfect foundation I bought online a couple of weeks ago in the wrong shade and they have it on Sale for $21.50... As per the Sephora employee, TF is discontinuing the Peach Perfect Line. 😨 So I got the right shade and one Born This Way Matte... cannot wait to try them both. 😁

I bought the new Too faced plump and prime primer and the new it cosmetics your skin but better foundation. I like them but I have more normal to dehydrated skin. I was intrigued by the too faced primer because it literally has like 100 ingredients... 95 look great until you get to the bottom and it says Carmine red dye and fragrances. I thought it could go really well or really bad but so far I like it. The it foundation seems like it would slip around on oily skin, it definitely needs to be powdered! I like the original born this way and sculpting concealer best.
I love the born this way multi use sculpting concealer. I am very curious to try this foundation but I’m a die hard double wear fan. I love my double wear applied with a damp sponge and light dusting of powder. It bulletproof for me and I just don’t know if this or anything else for that matter will top it.
Peach perfect is the only foundation I have repurchased. I don't have an ideal shade which is why I am always hesitant to grab. Nonetheless, I can't return since I bought it off the website this last time. I can make it work. I will finish it and try mixing it with the CP pretty fresh. That one I am also enjoying but shades are off for me as well. Thnx for review!
I have no idea how you like the Hanover primer. I have the same skin type as you and I’m 38 and live in Lafayette, La and it makes me OILY AF! Weird how different product work for different people bc I agree with all your other primers.
the biggest benefit to me is the new born this way doesn't have that peach fragrance! peach perfect broke me out so bad, so I'm excited to try out the new born this way

As a comparison I wear shade Nude in PP but I'm shade Pearl in this new BTW matte. I had to go 2 shades lighter, as nude pulled orange in the BTW matte formula.
I’d probably grab light beige, assuming since it works for me in PP and BTW, it would work in this? The natural beige is medium so I think it would be medium-light? Maybe? Lol!

I did this! It's amazing! And I wear shade Nude in PP, but I'm shade Pearl in the BTW matte formula. Just as a heads up, go lighter a shade or two.

I love the concealer and there were the cream blushes that were in the peach shaped compacts - I think they’re discontinued
I bought the new Too faced plump and prime primer and the new it cosmetics your skin but better foundation. I like them but I have more normal to dehydrated skin. I was intrigued by the too faced primer because it literally has like 100 ingredients... 95 look great until you get to the bottom and it says Carmine red dye and fragrances. I thought it could go really well or really bad but so far I like it. The it foundation seems like it would slip around on oily skin, it definitely needs to be powdered! I like the original born this way and sculpting concealer best.

I love the born this way multi use sculpting concealer. I am very curious to try this foundation but I’m a die hard double wear fan. I love my double wear applied with a damp sponge and light dusting of powder. It bulletproof for me and I just don’t know if this or anything else for that matter will top it.

Peach perfect is the only foundation I have repurchased. I don't have an ideal shade which is why I am always hesitant to grab. Nonetheless, I can't return since I bought it off the website this last time. I can make it work. I will finish it and try mixing it with the CP pretty fresh. That one I am also enjoying but shades are off for me as well. Thnx for review!

I have no idea how you like the Hanover primer. I have the same skin type as you and I’m 38 and live in Lafayette, La and it makes me OILY AF! Weird how different product work for different people bc I agree with all your other primers.
the biggest benefit to me is the new born this way doesn't have that peach fragrance! peach perfect broke me out so bad, so I'm excited to try out the new born this way
I loved peach perfect finish but after a week I broke out so bad I wonder if the too faced born this way matte would do the same?

Thank you Stephanie, I can’t wait to try this one. The Peach perfect somehow breaks me out must be something in the ingredients. What foundation color would you select then If the one you chose is leading more medium tone?
As a comparison I wear shade Nude in PP but I'm shade Pearl in this new BTW matte. I had to go 2 shades lighter, as nude pulled orange in the BTW matte formula.
I’d probably grab light beige, assuming since it works for me in PP and BTW, it would work in this? The natural beige is medium so I think it would be medium-light? Maybe? Lol!
